The absolute worst wingstop to go to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and very rude. I ordered my food at 340 and I had to wait until 430 to get it. As soon as I walked in they just stared instead of asking what I needed. I had to say something for them to say 1 more minute. 20 minutes later I was told 2 more minutes. They were cussing nonstop, being loud, dancing and talking bad about customers. They were messing orders up on purpose and when they brought it back they were saying, not letting this go to waste and that they'd take it home to eat later. To top it off my food was over cooked and not edible. You need to either close this location down for good or hire a whole new staff that's professional. This is ridiculous!

I’ve never seen a place get progressively worse like this wingstop location. Constant disappointment every time, order after to order getting worse. The only consistent thing they have is the Cajun corn. This place needs to lock in asap

They made me wait a long time for a simple order while the guys at La Corina were doing a rap concert... I don't know if they were on a TikTok live or just having fun between hellos but they made me wait almost an hour. I ended up rejecting the order and leaving the place empty-handed.

We really do have good food. When I originally heard about Wingstop I thought it was an order online type of thing. I didn't really understand it until it opened up down the road from me but they are always busy so you know it's good food. The atmosphere is good. Sometimes the customers like the one that walked in before me today get impatient and say things and then somebody might think that a different customer said something. But anyway it wasn't me but they do make great food. It's usually ready when they say it is and they always are busy so be patient people

Tried this place for the first time. I went and sat and ate at the place after ordering online. Unlike Bdubs, I did like the atmosphere because it wasn't as busy/noisy as Bdubs. I didn't feel 'rushed by them to order more food/drinks. The employees were awesome. Very helpful. Now, regarding the food: the fries were overcooked. The typical Hot flavor on the wings had a "smokey" taste. I don't like smokey food that much. I guess I expected it to taste like Bdub's regular sauce or sort of like Franks sauce. Finally, had 2 orders - regular wings and boneless. My issue with the boneless was that I seemed to have received little popcorn chicken pieces. Not truly 10 boneless wings.
Parking: Small corner location with several businesses does not leave much room for parking.

Super long wait (1-1.5hrs) but it was a weekend night and the staff was GREAT at pushing the food out!! Other people were complaining about the wait… it’s a weekend night and you can see that they were bumping, what do you expect. The staff was doing great!!

I order here at least 3 times a week. There's usually a really long wait, so it's best to put in your order ahead of time. Also, all the wingstops in the area that I've visited only take online orders, which is strange but it's easy to place online anyway. The workers here try their best to keep up with orders, and get to everyone in a timely fashion. But the location is really busy.
I worked at this location for some time so being back in town I decided to stop by…The service is horrible the cashier took my order wrong two times…The employees spent the entire time arguing in the cooking area was so dirty and unorganized and I didn’t see one person wash their hands. The window is full of old splattered sauce it was just a mess and not to mention they had several fryers full of already cooked chicken just sitting there. This was completely unacceptable and destroyed my whole experience unfortunately I will not be back to this location unless I work there again because I wouldn’t trust any of these filthy employees.
