Placed a mobile order and upon arriving to the drive thru I was instructed to pull over while they made my food. Twenty minutes later when I went into the store I was met with excuses about the peach cobbler taking 5 minutes to make. Okay well I ordered the food over 20 minutes ago. Then I was told maybe they forgot. What? The order is clearly on the board still. No apologies no attempt to make it right, just excuses. This was my first bad experience here but likely will avoid in the future.

I don’t normally do reports but this employee was beyond rude to my elderly Mother and me in the drive-thru. She wasn’t wearing a name badge so unsure of the name but has dark black hair in a ponytail. Looked kinda short-shoulder length if it was out.
She didn’t greet us at the drive thru, and I understand the wind or traffic so she may have not fully heard our order but when we corrected stuff, nicely with respect. She proceeded to scoff, roll her eyes and cuss under her breath with the window open where we could hear her. My Mother then said: I’m sorry dear, I know it’s the speaker and she rolled her eyes again and said Mhm.
She then forgot another one of our items and said we never said it and I vouched we said it. She then slammed the window shut and scoffed and said: whatever I’ll just get it and proceeded to just shove the bag towards my Mother very rudely.

This is just unacceptable. When you’re in hospitality service you don’t treat others especially elderly that way and if this is what the franchise represents that’s pitiful and disgusting. I understand we all have bad days, and that can project but there was no need for this interaction to extend for over 5 minutes with the same attitude.

I hope this problem is fixed and addressed. Will be reporting this to corporate as well.

I usually dont have a problem with your food, but tonight I feel like something should be said. Somehow my daughter's 3 sliders got missed and then I had a cherry turnover that was under baked!! Please check your orders and also dont serve under baked items to your customers. I work in a Bakery and would have never that turnover in someone's bag!!!!! Won't be doing business with your place any time soon!!

Best Arby's experience in a while. Ordered the beef and cheddar meal as usual, got it in the medium size, and they PILED the meat on for a change! It was sooooo gooooood. Should have taken a picture, I thought it was a mistake!

Very pleased with the speed of service and the young lady who was taking orders. She was pleasant and actually smiled and made eye contact. Appeared to want to be there and my experience very good.

I got chicken tenders from here and they weren't even tenders. These things were SO TINY and 90% breading I cannot believe they would sell these. Either Arby's changed their chicken or this place ripped me off but I've never been so disappointed in an Arby's before. Won't be ordering from here again.
