We stopped in for lunch and the head chef Sheila happened to be on the floor serving, training a new team member. She was AWESOME!! She has such a great personality and was so informative on the menu. We came in for appetizers and ended up eating apps, lunch, and got dessert to go. This girl should be serving more often, she rocks!!

Some friends and I went recently visited here for a Saturday lunch. Shawn was our server. He had a great personality, was very attentive, and the food was excellent. The loaded homemade tots are out of this world!

i love big boiler and the staff. everyone there is friendly and the food is great. i love that they added specials too
The food is really good, But quite disappointed as a fact, I’ve called to order a salad multiple times now, and I’ve been told that the kitchen closed early. 10 minutes before the post closed time is understandable, But a half an hour before they’re posted closed time for the kitchen is excessive, Especially on a Saturday night!

Food keeps getting worse... Haven't been in quite some time. Met some people here and ordered a "safe" option... woefully unimpressive.

Can't go wrong with stopping into the Big Broiler. Always welcoming and above average food menu and very delicious on everything I've ordered over the last year 2023 and a handful of time in 2024.
Kid-friendliness: Went with a group of 5 families with kids totaling 24 people. Accommodated us on a Saturday evening around 7 pm.

Parking: Staff is amazing! Atmosphere is warm and friendly. Brewers have been sub- standard since Covid.
Food was lukewarm. Waitress was distracted. Work on getting tables cleaned when people right away.3 tables no one at them with dishes on them. I ordered a double shot of bourbon and a coke they came mix. I didn't say bourbon and coke.

Very modern and clean. Good food and drinks. The staff is very polite and quick with requests and food service. The food portion is a bit smaller than anticipated.

Not so good experience tonight. Server did not come to our table very often. Server did not write down order and our food came out wrong. Shrimp was overcooked. Food was literally dripping with grease. Was there around 730pm and was not busy so not sure but tonight was definitely an off night for them. Definitely not worth the money we spent.
