I definitely don't mind spending $16 for a burger, but when you get it and its not cooked to order and doesn't have the fixings you ordered.. it wasn't worth the price... must try or drive by.. you decide for yourself.. ill drive!!

We ordered the smoked wings with the dry rub, and a turkey club with the fries. The food tasted amazing, the presentation was great, and the place was so clean and chill. Our server was very friendly and personable. They serve you popcorn while you order and wait, so cute! I was born and raised in Lowell and have been to all the reiterations and reopenings of this building...Bobbie Sue's is by far my favorite in here yet ❤️

Today was my second time here, however I've only gotten take out so far. I absolutely love this place. The food is so good. Last time I got the brisket dinner which isn't on the menu anymore sadly. Hopefully it comes back, it sounds like their menu changes often now that they have a new chef. But today I got the 3 meat trio and pimento dip. No complaints at all. It's also really nice to see the owners actively involved in their restaurant and out on the floor. I'll definitely keep coming back for more.
I'm also very picky about what I consume since there is SO much bad stuff in our foods these days. This place seems to have pretty clean food from what I can tell. It's refreshing because it's so few and far between these days.

Thought I would give this restaurant a try since it’s new in town. Well I am not impressed and will not be back. Crystal helped me out and she gave terrible service. My food was mediocre at best, way too overpriced for what it was. My drink was never replenished (even when asked). The owners seem to sit at the bar helplessly and when approached they seem bothered. Overall just got a bad feeling while being there, not welcoming at all. They’re trying to make this place something different but they lack basic customer service. Which is the #1 thing needed in the restaurant business!! Do yourself a favor and go to another local spot or even Ada!!

The food has significantly dropped in quality since opening… it is no longer a scratch kitchen, mostly just pre-made or frozen Gordon products now, so for that reason I have to adjust my previous review, as it is no longer accurate. Service is still friendly and smooth. Ask for Crystal! She’s the best!

Second time I've tried this place, first time service was horrendous, food was good. But always willing to give second chance. This time,There was a misunderstanding on a menu item so the waitress (Penny)asked the owner who was sitting at the bar about it... His response was yes you can remake it but they(a person in my party) will be paying for it! We asked if it could be made with no onions not once did we think it would be free!! The fact the owner (ASS)umed that was very unprofessional and poor guest service!! Was looking forward to having a new restaurant to frequent but with the owners obvious lack of customer service,poor management and limited menu! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We have been coming here almost since it opened. The food was always fabulous. The last time however the food was terrible. The brisket was overcooked and very dry. The chicken was unseasoned on just not good. This was very surprising as it has always been great. The owner tried to make it right with a different plate of brisket, but it was honestly worse. The old chef is gone and we feel the food quality in now poor. We really like the service team, Tony is amazing, and the owners are very nice. I doubt we will eat there again until a change happens in the kitchen.

A friend and I like to do “A Beer and apps”she lives in Ionia I live in Wyoming (not the state silly). Any way our app was the brisket nachos. Amazing! Beer wise just a Coors light. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this place
