Had to wait 15 minutes to order and had to wait for my food another 15 minutes. Beyond mad!!!

As I sit in the spotless well designed dining area and watch the staff I am very impressed! The cashier was adorable, efficient and polite. There is an employee wash the windows doors and metal trim like she owns them and they are spotless! The food is fresh and delicious and the condiment station is clean and filled. It is never very busy here. However there is a McDonalds next door that has a constant stream of people. But the food is subpar, the interior is always a mess and dirty. I don’t get it! My advice is skip MD’s and come on in and have a good meal in a very pleasant environment!

The flame thrower isn't even a tad bit spicy. Nothing about there service draws customers yet keeps customers. There the rudest ppl qnd don't get me started on the prices for the orders they mess up on frequently

I ordered 8 double cheese burgers at the Lowell, MI BK with only one guy working. He had them to me hot in under 3minutes. They were neat and tasty. Definitely impressed.

Burgers are don't feel like fresh up. Fries are ok. Overall it give them a 3 star.

Ordered 2 whopper Jr's... got 2 bacon cheese burgers with churrros which I didn't order... didn't find out til I got home in ada. My wife which has cirrhosis of the liverb stage 4 wanted the 2 jr whoppers for 5.00 but got the 2 bacon cheeze burgers and churrros instead thanks for nothing. Live in ada , waste of time and gas.

Did a online order, when I got there had to wait over 10 minutes for them to even start the order. Ordered a whopper and it had no ketchup on it and hardly anything else... Also ordered a hamburger, it was so dry and not hardly any ketchup or mustard on it. I couldn't even taste it. Was like eating dry cardboard. Didn't even check other food just cut my looses and went back to work

I waited in the drive long enough I feel the food should have been fresh but it was old and dry.. Terrible whopper and fresh. Let's put a little effort into serving fresh quality food.

Staff at this location frequently lies about availability of Mello Yello as well as most often forgetting or missing items that were on the receipt. If they say there’s no Mello Yellow, press them on it.
