Got first BK drive through in several years since becoming vegan. Thrilled to have an impossible whopper and fries. Delicious! My friend in the car with me just asked for "the usual" and the awesome male window guy (can't remember his name) put the order through without even questioning who he was. Awesome customer service obviously.
Vegetarian options: Vegan. So happy to find a vegan fast food burger. Fries are also vegan vs those of mcd's as they've got beef tallow or something else animal derived in them

Went there for supper Friday evening. Service was extremely slow. Took for ever to get food then when we did get it. It was cold & not good at all!! Went to try fine a clean place to sit down & every booth that wasn't being used wasn't even wiped down & clean!! Had to clean it ourselves!! Even dirty & nasty around the fountain pop area!! Will not be going back to Lowell Burger King!!!!!!!

Lowell BK was phenomenal, I never have said this about fast food, The food looked better then the picture on the menu, the place was CLEAN! WISH IONIA COULD DO THIS!!! Ionia BK is trash

I want to say Kudos To Nick and Zach. They were the only two people working. They were busting butt to take care of everyone and get the orders out as fast as the could. So If you were there today (5/3/24) and wondered what was taking so long that is why. next time you go to Bk give a shout out to NIck and Zach and tell them Thank You!
