Waited in line for 30m on Halloween for 1 little John sandwich and the part that sucks about this location is you can’t get out of line because of the curb that surrounds the drive through. Terrible service no apology, nothing from management. Poorly run establishment the only “freaky” part was how freakishly slow they were

We go here often as it is a favorite of my daughter. However the people that work the drive through really vary in customer service ability. When you have a catering order come through the drive through, maybe have them move up so you can hand the rest of the lines food to them??? We ordered online and waited in line for 20 min (two cars back, couldn’t get out of line) because of a huge order ahead.

The $7 sandwiches are now $10 the 45 second wait is now 11 minutes. The polite staff is now a group of girls who take the lords name in vein about every 4th word out of their mouth. Quite a ways they've fallen.

Absolute worst customer service The 3 young adults working on third shift on 12/8 were completely rude and disrespectful. I went in to order 3 sandwiches for me and my family and I was judged for the amount of food I was ordering and what I wanted on my sandwich’s. I asked if they could add burbon sauce on my #10 which is something I’ve gotten every time I’ve ordered and never had a issue till today, I was told my choice of sauce was gross and that they wouldn’t make my sandwich. After that I walked out. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Absolutely wretched customer service. Order was placed at 1:08 PM and took 20 minutes to complete, AND it wasn’t even made correctly.
After waiting 20 minutes, I checked to make sure my order was in the lineup to be made and the sandwich maker rudely said, “we’re making them in the order we receive them.” This wasn’t true since customers who ordered after me received their orders before me and left.
Since the sandwich I received wasn’t what ordered, I spent more time going back inside and upon re-entry into the building the sandwich maker said “this guy again.”
Great Service! Very clean dining area! Staff is doing a great job!

Ordered 1 sub with no tomato... got tomato, thanks for the almost deadly allergic reaction we mentioned while ordering. 2 sub was to have no onion...(allergen) Thank God cause i wouldn't have been able to save her from the tomato.... but I requested no ice, and that's all I had in My cup.it's been exactly 10 years since I had JJ's... I'll try again in a decade.

Asked to hold the ham on an Italian nightclub. Bread was hard, with almost no condiments, one slice of pastrami and the rest was HAM. Also ordered a little John and got the sub loaded with mayo, a little lettuce and one small slice of meat.$14 for this? NEVER AGAIN
