They forgot a pattie on my big Mac. But Robert was there and handled everything! No hassle and quick especially having to head back over there. Definitely a better location with him there!. Food is a 3 considering forgot a pattie and atmosphere is a 2 just because there's hardly any McDonald's with a play place anymore.

Drive through issues seem consistent at most locations.. ordered chicken Mcgriddle with cheese.. drive home 20 minutes... opened and found d chicken biscuit with cheese.. special order tag was correct.. so you read the tag and added the cheese, but didnt notice it was a biscuit?

Ill never understand being in the service industry and you dont talk to the customers. Guy hands me the food then just stands there staring at me not a hello good morning thank you nothing just a blink stare.
Had McChicken and fries. Husband had Cheese Burger and fries. Usually no problem with food being hot, this time everything was lukewarm at the most. They were busy, so it shouldn't have happened. Don't make up so much ahead of the rush, most people would prefer to wait and get hot food. With what you charge now, there should be no question!!
