Surprisingly flavorful choices
The beer & staff are the best in the area! Love this place and it's people - cheers! 🍺
Rainy days call for ice cold beer. Nice selection! Citra Revival!
Nice place and enjoyed my beer. They don't enforce smoking laws in food/drink service areas so there might be a lot of smokers
Staff and ownership sets this place apart. The beer is the best I’ve had in the West Michigan area. Inviting outdoor space, great food trucks and inviting indoor seating. Absolutely give this place a shot.
Great local brewery with small town vibe. Wide selection of ales, stouts, cider and spritzers. Clean inside and outside seating. Usually a food truck on site as well. Mundo the bartender is a keeper and knows everybody’s name
By far my favorite Brewery. Staff are always very helpful and kind!
Great selection of beer and cider. Fast service and the food truck partnership is awesome.
New Union Brewery is a solid local spot with really-REALLY good beer. The selection is always on point, and the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. Outdoor fire pit, bags, and a rotating food truck most of the time. Great place to grab a beer or three and hang out—definitely worth stopping in.
Cider is fabulous and staff is super friendly!

On Friday, my sister and I went to celebrate our book reading and went to New Union to grab a beer.
I am a person with a service dog, and another hander was with me.
Instead - we were refused service. Despite attempting to educate the bar tender who asked many illegal questions, and not a single legal question, and then proceeded to refuse to serve us beer stating, “Listen lady, I’m just trying to pour beer here.” Because of his continued ableism, I took this photo.
Yeah, dude. I was literally just trying to have a beer as a person with a disability. Thankfully, we went to Hop Hog down the street whose staff was trained much better and we got our beer.
My sister and I went here to grab a beer following a literary event in the community. I am a person with a disability who utilizes a service dog, and we had another person in our party who also uses a service dog. Instead of being treated like a human being, we were refused service, and dismissively told “Listen, Lady, I’m just trying to pour beer here.” Each member of our party tried to educate the guy, who refused to listen to the fact that what he was doing was illegal. He didn’t ask a single legal question and across the board claimed that “This is what the owner said to do.” The irony of this situation (which I also informed him of) is that this week myself and the other service dog handler with me are presenting at NAMI Indiana specifically about situations like this. Thankfully this story has a happy ending - Hop Hog down the street whose staff was much better trained had blueberry beer and was still pouring.
