This was absolutely the most fun experience. The food is amazing and their dessert was like having a mouthgasm! The staff are friendly, prices reasonable, and drinks are also fun! Will absolutely go again!
My husband and I love here for our date nights! It is our first pick all the time, such good flavors and super friendly staff. All the tacos are amazing and the Mexican street fries… omg….so good!
Brought my 2 sons in on a Thursday night around 4:45. My oldest son had an appointment at 6:30pm, so I *thought* we would have plenty of time to order and eat. We were seated right away, but the amount of time we waited for water and to place a drink order was kind of ridiculous, around 15 minutes, considering the place was maybe half full. Put in an order for nachos and corn dip, plus our meals. The nachos were undercooked and rubbery, with way too much salt in some places, and none in others. Same story with the corn dip, lime juice in some places so strong that it hurt our mouths. We ended up leaving at 6:15 without ever receiving our tacos, (had ordered 2 each), to make the appointment in time. I paid the bill and wasn't offered any type of compensation, bad for business...Fast forward about 4 weeks, I thought I would give them some time to adjust and get used to things, this was June, I don't remember the exact date, but I do remember ordering 2 drinks from the pride offerings for the month. I have to echo the unwelcoming vibe at the bar, I was ignored when my drink was empty (this was about 1pm and I was the ONLY person at the bar), while the wait staff chatted it up on the kitchen end of the bar, fairly loudly with their coworker drama, very unprofessional. The ambience of the place is nice and I had high hopes, especially because of the nod to the old 5 and dime with the sign in the back, but it's not enough to compensate for the mediocre/bad quality of the food and unfriendly staff. I feel like the good reviews I've read must be from people that know the owners/staff personally and want to see them do well. Good luck, tho.
Tried Ripple for the first time tonight, our food was absolutely delicious! Loved the views of the Showboat out the windows. And the fact that they had the local Springrove sign on their wall!! We had a great night. Definitely coming back and trying something new next time!
It's a great use of space for the old Spring Grove 5 n Dime-but sadly it's super loud inside so it's not a great place to hang out and have conversations-the space feels like a cafeteria. Hang some bohemian blankets or sarongs from the ceiling...maybe that will help? :D But the FOOD and DRINK is definitely not! THE FOOD is GREAT!!! The pork carnitas is the best I've ever had! (Pro tip-Try the Pork Nachos!) Delicious, delightful and delectable drink selections...I will be back to sip and munch for sure.
Our second time here was a MUCH improved experience!! Thank you for providing such a great meal with a friendly atmosphere!
Fun place with live music some nights. Had the cauliflower tacos with added birria meat. Sooo good! And the habanero strawberry margarita is fabulous. I like to try something new every time I visit!
The restaurant was spacious, clean with a great vibe. My husband loved the burger. My mom and I got 4 different tacos to try and every one of them was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I could tell that the flavor of the tacos was good but the actual spiciness of the sauces (salsa) was too much. I actually don't mind spice in my food but there is a point when it is too much and this time it was too much.
Delicious food. Creative options. Drinks are small for the price. Atmosphere is lacking. Very cheap furnishings.
Wow that was an experience. There is so much to unpack about this restaurant. First the staff are weird. By that I mean that the waiter was just standing by our table asking us personal questions every time he came to the table. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The margaritas are ok. The just use syrup and a lot of it. The food was ok. Tacobell is better. Also how is it possible that we got 2 drinks and the fries and 2 tacos and it was almost $50 wow thats insane. Also don't sit by the speakers beucase it's loud. I won't return due to the fact the waiter made me feel very unsafe.

Great space. Good food!! Just wish they had more beer on draft. Overall great place though. Everyone was super friendly and they do have a big variety of bottled/canned beer ?
Maybe I went in with higher expectations due to all the good reviews, but I thought it was just "ok". I do want to return though and try the chips and salsa (I heard they were good) and different drinks and listen to music. Our server Shannon was friendly and attentive. I'm hoping to bump this up to 5 stars at my next visit, as I'm sure they are still working on things since they are new. Oh and the view of the river was nice.
Located in the former Springrove 5 and 10 cent store this new restaurant is a great addition to Lowell. A interesting menu, a twist on Mexican and a great drink menu. Affordable dinner for two and 4 drinks for $63. Nicely decorated complete with a stage for upcoming live entertainment. They just need to upgrade the paper flatware to real plates and they will go far. Looking forward to watching them grow
I'm sure this place will eventually be a good restaurant. However they are clearly understaffed and still figuring things out. From my vantage point they should not seat more than half the restaurant (its a fairly large space) because they are not ready and overwhelmed. We were seated almost immediately but no server came to take order or get drinks for about 30 minutes. The food took another 30 minutes or so to come out. The food was good but not great. I will probably not go back for a while until they get things ironed out
This place looked promising. Decent menu and cool vibes/atmosphere, but their ground beef in the tacos were not cooked through. Yuck!! Maybe, like their ground beef, this place isn't quite ready yet.
