I was very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks on Sunday, September 14th. The drive thru and store were very busy due to it being a weekend. Because of this, an employee decided to lock the door so that other customers could not get in due to the high volume of orders that they were receiving. While trying to leave, I realized that I was locked in. This is extremely poor practice for an establishment for many reasons. First off, it's very unsafe to have customers locked in a space if a fire were to emerge. Second, with our current issues going on in our country, it's an extremely unsettling experience to be locked in a building with large masses of people. Third, this practice seems very illegal. I am very unhappy with my experience, and hope that the staff is more equipped to handle the high volume of customers in the future.

I’ve order three times now from this location and they can’t even get my order right. When it’s a mocha cookie crumble. I’ve tried asking for them to remake it and all they did was put whip cream on top and didn’t remake it the right way. Not cookies in the drink just on top with whip cream. Never going here again.

I had never been to this SB. I was in town visiting my daughter. I went in for drip coffee and many other craft drinks. 2 days in a row I ordered before all the other foods and drinks (4). Both days I had to remind them after all the other food was done and the drinks were done and another person's drink was done that I was still waiting for my drip.

Starbucks is Starbucks. But what makes this location great are the Baristas. They’re always incredibly friendly, work hard, and I love the little hellos and notes they write on your cup :)

I have visited this location several times and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my drink was made incorrectly. When I went to the barista this morning, they apologized for the error and corrected it right away. They maintained a professional manner and an excellent customer service attitude.

We have always received great service at this location, but last time I got the absolute BEST suggestion when I couldn't think of what to order and requested whatever the baristas would recommend. It was the perfect cup for how I was feeling that day and I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Nice people, got my order correct. I was forced to come here to get someone a fruity coffee drink. The coffee was, as usual, over roasted and not enjoyable. Their prices aren't as awful as the coffee, so if you're in the mood for a cup of burnt coffee, stop in for a visit.

i went to this very starbucks and had some blonde named ally, she was very disrespectful and interruptive over the microphone which i delt with because i know these low life fast food workers are pretty stressed, once i got to the window i continued to tip her even though she was disrespectful because i dont know what day shes having. this girl then gave me two grandes after i paid for two ventis and gave her a tip. so what im saying is go across the street to big B if your in lowell and want coffee.
