Been sitting here for awhile and the worker hasn’t said a word to me and is looking at me like they want me to die. These people always suck they need new management. Still waiting to be greeted and for my order to be taken. I never write reviews but I’m so bored waiting here with no line right now. If this wasn’t the only subway for miles I wouldn’t be here right now. Might almost be worth driving to another one with how long they’re taking right now

I came in with no voice. I whispered my order to Chloe. I wanted soup for my throat but the had broccoli and cheddar and loaded potato soup. I didn't want those. She suggested the chicken noodle and said she can get it and it would be ready in a few minutes! Great service and hit the spot. Thank you Chloe- great job.

I didn’t catch the managers name but her and Tammy were absolutely amazing! So busy and although they are fast they took the time to get it right and exactly how we wanted it. Outstanding job!

I stopped in today with a valid Subway coupon for a sandwich or wrap. The employee said they were out of flatbread but that’s not what I ordered I ordered a wrap. things happen — but then made my “wrap” using a burrito tortilla instead and still refused to honor the coupon. I ended up paying around $13 for a meal (instead of my $6.99) half the size of what I should have received, and they didn’t even have mozzarella cheese in stock.

Even if flat breads were out, that’s not what the coupon said, it said wrap and that’s what I had ordered. just felt unfair and inconsistent with Subway’s customer service standards. I’ve always liked this location, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). Hoping management will make it right and better train staff on handling situations like this. I’m very disappointed.

Staffing always seems to be an issue and it’s always a disappointing experience. I went in one time during lunch rush and there were 2 employees working but one made the comment she wasn’t clocked in as they wouldn’t allow it. Makes me sad for the employees

The pictures posted here are of the Subway on Alden Nash. The Subway on Fulton is awful in every way. They run out of basic items, like lettuce and even bread. They close early. They are constantly understaffed and never greet customers. Mobile orders are prioritized even if customers have been waiting longer. The Subway on Alden Nash is SO much better!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway was honestly one of the worst I’ve been to. The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. The employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. My sandwich was thrown together carelessly. The bread was no good. The worker making my sub put a huge amount of mayo on it, and when I politely asked if she could remove some, she snapped back with “you could’ve told me to stop” super rude and unprofessional. The whole place just felt messy and uncaring. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

tried to go thru the drive thru and sat for 5 mins with nobody even checking up front. no wonder there was 0 line at relatively busy lunch hours and there was not a single person in the lobby either. just go to another location

I stop to grab dinner on my way home, the workers are not inviting at all they barely talk to you and look so mad to be at work. The girl taking my order was not friendly at all , I'm not sure what was happening here, but would never stop here ever again.

I’m not sure who the new owners are but this is the worst subway around. It’s pretty obvious the owners don’t care if it’s understaffed or the staff is not trained. I stood in line with one person in front of me and it took me 21 minutes to get my sub made and paid for. They are constantly running out of All of the items to make the subs properly I’ve been in when they ran out of bread, olives, onions, lettuce Pickles, etc.Really how do you run out of lettuce? Or bread for God sakes. If it keeps being run the way it is They will not have to worry they’ll be out of business. Really sad because it used to be Awesome place that was running very well. I wish I could say this was one experience, but I’ve had at least five with very similar results.

Seeing lots of negative reviews of this subway, and to be transparent I’ve had some rough experiences at this branch, but this was not one of them! Adelade and Belinda were so friendly and quick despite being understaffed and various things out of their control. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

I came to this Subway because I was in the area for work. Probably the worst Subway I've visited. And I've been to the one on Leonard & Monroe in Grand Rapids. 1st, out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which I wanted. I settled for white. No biggie. Then get all the way to the toppings and ask for black olives, a main ingredient of my sub. OUT of black olives. Claiming there is a nationwide shortage. I googled this, and doesn't seem to be true. Also, other restaurants have them. No signage anywhere of what they're out of, they just tell you when you order it. No clean tables, staff was not rude, but definitely not enthusiastic or even nice, really.

I ordered 2 all American Clubs footlong from you. Came with no turkey 4 pieces of ham and one peices of bacon on both and they only put lettuce on each one and they had other toppings added. I will be calling my bank about the charge I will post a picture below. Worst subway i have ever been to

Last 2 times we went they only had 1 kind of bread. Over the years they have messed up more online orders than they got right. Always nice and empty inside though.
