I was just there and a young kid working by himself and he did a great job even though he wasn't set up for the day. He is doing his best and making great looking food
Is it fair to post a negative review for Subway? We know the bread is yoga mat, veggies are barely budget brand, and the meat if you call it that, was pulled from a nasty slimy bag of mechanically separated products...
Yes I can leave a negative review, but to clarify this has nothing to do with the poor fools inside, who are just trying to pay the bills. This is only because you have a drive thru, but it is broken or closed.
I didn't want to smell the pain and depression of employees who know the franchise owner has given up... The hollow beats from the where there hearts was, wondering where it all went wrong, thumping in my mind... The eyes dead with the sorrow of their dreams...
I ran, afraid of the torment of the poor souls inside. I am not strong enough to overcome what must be overcome to venture inside.
Did Subway call to me as I sped away, no, my body was free, but my mind knew I had to speak to the masses, warn you. Please heed my warning and never venture here.

There is never anyone working! I feel bad for those that do work here. So many times I've come in to only 1 person working on the weekend. Since there is only one person they are constantly out of EVERYTHING. I went in a few days ago and they barely had any bread because it was only one person. The bread they did scrounge up for me looked like it was found on the floor, pushed to the back and a month old. I'm gonna go out of my way to go to the other lowell location. Hopefully it's better....
Closed at 830 when the door says open till 9pm. Guys very rude.
Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had! Two men act like they didn’t know what they’re doing! I also had a hard time hearing and understanding what they were saying.
What a joke. Received sub missing items, wrong items, and completely looked horrible. Took it back to them, wanting a refund. Took almost 20 min to get them to give me refund, because they couldn't find the order in their system, and was still shorted money because it cost more to order online. Never again will I order from this store.

Drive thru closed went inside. One person working the front counter he had a difficult time with communication. A second employee finally showed up to help the 1st employee. There became quite a line. The lady manager came from the back with a tray of green peppers to put the display case and didn’t offer any help. Staff (excluding the 2nd employee) were not organized and looked confused. The prep counter was a mess and several condiments were near empty. I had one customer in front of me yet it took 20 minutes to get one sub.

Employees not properly trained, seemed confused about where items were such as a fork. Also did not provide enough food, everyone before me along with myself had to ask for more after they sprinkled on very little amounts.

Just sat in line in drive thru for 15 min.. get to box to order and person says "can you come in? We are busy and only two of us." Really? I just sat here for 25 minutes. Drive around and the lobby is FULL. I would be there another 20 min.. NO. I can make my son a sandwich for work. No surprise for him.
Great staff. Decent food. Expensive for what it is.

Not very knowledgeable about their app. Was overcharged, and no one was able to "refund " my debit. After 15-20 minutes, they finally refunded in cash.
