Restaurant was very clean, not busy at all, and staff was very friendly and nice. I would’ve gave service a 5 ⭐️ as well but I decided a 4 because I got the meal of the day special and I didn’t want the drink, so I asked if I could just get a extra cookie or two in place of the medium drink and, with a nice soft voice, the cashier said “no, we can’t. I don’t know, no manager there to ask and the other female staff are not management but she thinks they can’t it will effect inventory!?” 😧How, I’m thinking because you’ll have a free medium cup, I’m pretty sure there is no strict count on cookies that staff is baking themselves. But it is what it is, so I just took the cup. And other Subways have no problem with giving me two extra cookies in place of the drink, I’m thinking the 1 or 2 cookies can’t be more than a medium drink but oh well🤔😌

Walked in and they were a little busy. But the gal who was working did a fantastic job of keeping up when another employee came out to help. They made my sandwich perfect along with keeping great service up. I don't usually come to subway at this time as it's busy. But they made it a quick in and out. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I definitely would recommend this subway.

Went there a couple of days ago there was only one person a blonde girl making 2 subs to go - 1 person waiting, me and the person I was with plus 2 people behind us and one person in the drive through waiting for- with a teen (who came out from the back saw how she was struggling then went back to the back not helping at all) and a guy with black and purple dyed long hair 30’s in the bath the entire time doing “dishes” after about 10-16mins she finally goes back there and asks for help as she’s still on the to go order asking if one of them can stop doing nothing and help her please so the guy with dyed hair came out and helped her was talking to her the entire time trying to encourage her then he was complaining talking to her about how it wasn’t his fault how all these people (the customers) decided to come in one by one continued complaining about us right in front of us until one person called him out and he stopped talking- he seemed very stuck up and rude his hair was also completely down Other than the service being terrible the food was okay asked for toasted was barley toasted and they didn’t bother to cut the sandwich

I had ordered a tuna sub. It was the saddest looking sub ever. There was barely a full scoop of tuna. Very poor service.
Yall they don't even know how to wrap a wrap. I just picked mine up and everything fell out. They also didn't even use a wrap... they used the Flatbread. Like ya that's not gonna hold. I didn't think it was difficult to make a sandwich or to wrap a wrap correctly but okay
