Came through at 11:30 today 1/14/26 my nacho fry had two blondish/grey red hair on it.
Asked respectfully to have my food remade without hair.
And the manager working tonight claims no one working this night has that color type of hair as she is actively standing there with the hair color in question…
then has the audacity to be upset that I want my food remade without hair and was requested to do a full loop around the building because my food having hair in it was such a big inconvenience.
Manager was very rude and not trained properly to deal with customer satisfaction.

I went to this location on Wednesday January 7th between 6:00 and maybe 7:30 p.m. It's my normal location. We went inside to order off the kiosk. One of the employees (male) made some type of a mistake giving food to the wrong person. Not sure if it was a manager or not but a (woman) was loudly speaking to him about it and belittling this employee easily enough for me and my wife and other consumers to hear out in the lobby. Unless he had purposeful intention to do this, this was absolutely uncalled for. Not sure why this woman thought she could be little this clearly younger person, but I will happily speak up for you. Somebody should sit down this woman and speak with her and give her proper training about how to be a proper leader and handle conflict.
Also $1.60 now to swap chips and cheese in a meal combo??? Why do you keep trying to purposely make me not come into your establishment anymore.

Wow I had hopes that this rural Taco Bell would be good. Nope. Stood there for 5 minutes being ignored by staff even though he looked at me several times. And not only that I watched him take AND cooks make 2 drive thru orders while STILL ignoring me. And the cooks made 2 lobby orders before any staff even acknowledging me. Nothing like being made to feel like your a bother for making them do their job.

We love our Taco Bell. Hands down the best one yet. If I had to give some criticism sauce is sometimes forgotten. Overall a wonderful Taco Bell.

Ok the food here was ok and the fountain drinks were disgusting 😭 I was really bummed with place because Taco Bell always sounds good but this place was a pretty big disappointment, workers were pretty lame and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing but at least the food was ok enough to balance out the service. I pry won't be back

UNEXPECTED! Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised! Great Variety of Libations, Friendly Service and basic, but Good Food. Give them a try - I bet you'll enjoy it and want to go back again!
