This has to do with a delivery order that I made on Saturday afternoon on the 12th of September 2025 . I am a loyal customer, and usually, I can give their food top marks. Their Classic French Dip sandwich is my goto... However, my last order was subpar of the three sandwiches I ordered none of them were even close to the thinly sliced roast beef goodness that I was expecting. Instead, it was thick slices, most likely the end part of the meat that was like leather to eat and they put toppings on two sandwiches instead of one as requested. The roastbeef sliders were also subpar with the roast beef sliced thick not thin. Hopefully, fingers crossed that this was a one off, or maybe a new employee in training that is learning that station because I truly do love their food.

I love the food but the service isn’t the best. Today I ordered a #2 classic size, sandwich only along with a classic size #1 sandwich only (beef and cheddar) but apparently got two #2? This is definitely not the first time. It seems they don’t care enough to actually pay attention to what you order. Will not be back!

Just got lunch there today, I got a classic #2 sandwich only and a classic size #1 (beef and cheddar) sandwich only. Well, I just got two regular beef sandwiches. Only wanted one and the other one with sauce and cheese on it as it says. Just aggravating since it isn’t the first time my order has been messed up. As if they don’t care enough to pay enough attention. Don’t think I will be back.
They have some great new sandwiches and, of course, great shakes.

I order 3 times a week from this store but lately it has been extremely bad ,old meats cold and old fries, ajus for the French dip spilled everywhere.not being secure all in all every order for the past few weeks has had extreme quality issues....today was the last time I will patron Arby's in Ludington.

Their fish sandwiches are the best in my town. Hubby and I bought 2 one day (one each), loved it so much we went back the next day and bought 4! 😊 Very friendly workers.
