Don’t order online through this shop. I ordered through door dash and didn’t get my entire order. The staff in the shop had no way of actually seeing the details of my online order and I was shorted a $5.00 tub of cream cheese. The staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed.

Fantastic spot! I went there twice on my getaway to Ludington. Both occasions the owner was present. She is attentive and friendly and so was the counter help. Now food….bagels fresh and cream cheese smooth! Coffee was good….but I like a choice a less acidic bean.. Finally, the muffins an are moist with many flavor choices.

Cashier was nice but after that the other employees seemed offended when we asked for hot sauce and were rolling their eyes at us about it and even told my mom she couldnt have any sauce because the sandwich she ordered didnt come with any? Terrible service i definitely wont be returning to this location?.
