I wanted to enjoy a romantic new years day dinner with my sweetheart and the experience was a massive let down. This review is not a slight against the service we received, as our server was a nice young man who checked in with us about our needs. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it did not feel inviting in the least, it was extremely cold (as in not heated) and not welcoming atmosphere wise. The young woman who seated us in the restaurant took a nap across from us while she was rolling silverware. I understand that folks are tired from their new years festivities the night before but you would figure opening at 5pm would remedy some of that. Our food we received was a massive disappointment as well, I ordered the pot roast which was on the level of something I could have made in the crock pot at home with an au jus packet. My sweetheart had the bourbon chicken and it looked like a meal from Panda Express and tasted burnt. I was really excited to try this place based on what my sweetheart was telling me but I don't think we will be back based on the disappointment of an experience.

This was our first time at the restaurant, though we frequent Ludington often. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. We were seated immediately, but Noone came to our table for 25 minutes to even take drink orders. 2 people in our party tried to get someone to assist us and were just blown off. We ordered appetizers and meals. The food came out all at once. 2 people in our party of 6 did not receive their food and once again, after most of the people had food for 15 minutes, we had to seek help from another server to get to their food. Then, their appetizer arrived an additional 10 minutes AFTER their food which was already late. Drink refills were not a thought. The food was mediocre, at best.
The atmosphere was lovely, but not enough to return.

The staff were friendly, but this is not enough to return. I hope this was a fluke. :(

I will NEVER return. My friend ordered a mixed drink and it had fruit flies in it. Not just like 2 or 4, but like 50-100. It was disturbing and disgusting and we asked to cancel our food order.

Meatball au gratin appetizer was basically frozen meatballs heated up with chewy cheese and brown sauce. Sushi smelled rank and couldn't eat. Waitress was amazing though ❤️

This restaurant is extremely weird. It really doesn't have an identity. The menu has five different styles of cuisine and then they have a full bar that takes up half of the restaurant. I mean, if you have a group of people who really want Mexican, sushi, pasta, barbecue and American food then this is the place.

The wings were pretty good but the sauce wasn't house made, the grilled chicken wrap was mediocre but the ranch was bad. I also think the prices are just a bit steep. Which wouldn't be bad if the food was good but it's not.

Then to top it all off, my wife's wrap came out of the kitchen about 20 minutes after everything else. They did apologize and gave us $1.80 (10%) off....

Laid back atmosphere and wonderful waitress. Disappointed that AFTER ordering our drinks we were told that the fryer was down. Ok, not a huge deal, I wanted to try the sushi anyway. Except the Sushi kitchen is only open at certain times that aren't given (I'm assuming on days/hours that the sushi cook decides they want to work). So we ordered the St. Louis style Ribs and a Reuben sandwich. Ribs were awesome and fell off the bone. Reuben meat was chewy...like retired dairy cow chewy. Ordered a rib order to go. They did not include the chips with the chef made dip which was a mild annoyance, but the ribs that I got in the to-go order were chewy and had to be cut off the bone. Very disappointed to get a wonderful order of ribs just to turn around after explaining how great they were and see someone struggling to tear them apart and getting a jaw ache from chewing so long.

Incredibly disappointed. Our party of 12 ordered sushi and we were at 2 different tables. They plated all of our sushi together and put it at one table, even though both tables had rolls. When we asked if they could put it on two plates instead, we were given a spatula and told to serve ourselves from the plate. Not to mention, they brought out a second roll after all the commotion, it was a “sexy roll” which another girl had at the table. The roll tasted off, so the girl who ordered the same thing tried mine, immediately spit it out, and said it tasted nothing like hers. I wonder what they did to it after we complained…

Owner is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Our party took up two tables and all of our sushi was served on one plate. Instead of taking the tray back and taking accountability, we were handed plates, spatulas, and tongs to plate our food ourselves from the other table. All of our food came out at different times leaving our party waiting for each other to finish eating. -100/10 recommend.

Would rate this place zero stars if I could. We had a semi-large party and they sat us at two separate tables. Our table's sushi was served to the other table and they expected us to get up everytime we wanted the sushi that WE ordered. The owner did not offer to fix it and bring our food to OUR table. He brought us a spatula from the kitchen to transport our food. All of the toppings were falling off and not good at all. Absolutely ridiculous. The owner does not care about the customers or the quality of his food.
