1st. Time in a while I received HOT food. I did ask for it to be extra hot. This place actually listened. I've given reviews on other B.K.s did no good. Generally even asking for extra hot, comes out lukewarm. Cooking too much ahead???.

Never coming back here again. I paid for my food and they refused to make it despite me having a receipt. I placed the online order, showed them the receipt showing I paid, and they still refused to make my food. Incredibly horrible and disappointing customer service. Will never come back.

Dont go here if you only have an hour before work. I dat in the drive through for an hour today to get 3 burger. No reason to explain anything else! Burger king still sucks, but you rule they say.
I'm an infrequent diner at fast food joints. Once Wendy's ruined their once great burger I've regarded Burger King whopper as the best of the rest.
I went to this place and was really hungry, and didnt pay too close of attention to what I was eating until I was about 1/3 of the way finished with a double Whopper w/cheese. I paused eating long enough to notice it was pretty flat, and obviously not fresh. Friend I was with had the same opinion of his sandwich. Big disappointment.

( 8/31/24) Tonight we went through, talked to the girl on the speaker she said we couldn’t do two orders so we just order one. So we made a prepaid order, then she wouldn’t let us do that which I under stood. So we go back through and then she gives us the wrong order. So we go AGAIN and she wants the food back stating if we want our food we have to give that food back and she’s not giving us our food until we give the wrong order back . The manger came up and told us we could keep it but she was a super nasty lady. She was really snotty at the beginning too. She was in her maybe 20s and was African American. She was super disrespectful, very disappointing there people like this in the fast food industry.

Not only do I go there and the food is terrible but also I go to get hired there filled 3 applications out ,2 interviews they say they would give me a call back been a week and no answer so called and they said we found someone twice they did that now !! and never worked at a Burger King in my life and also I have fast food experience so actually I am glad I dodged a bullet but I do not recommend for anyone to go there but that’s just me
