I would never eat at an establishment that fired an employee for having COVID. This wave of COVID in Ludington is probably being spread from there. They literally told a symptomatic employee to return to work with the fever. Said you can wear a mask. That is horrifying. How dare you put the public at risk. I hope this place goes belly up. You previously had a 5 star review from 2 years ago. Trust me I will spread the word. I got a big mouth. Sick twisted sadistic owner. I hope this employee sues you and wins. I hope anyone else there that has been forced to work sick comes forward. You've lost my once a week business and my whole family will never dine here again.

Came in 10 minutes before closing (we had been traveling for 2 days and were desperate, while reluctant to order so close to closing time). The food was great and the service was above and beyond. Shoutout to Pam and the other crew for being so kind and providing excellent service despite our late timing.

Great service fresh food. Upset about the Mixers not being filled up,this has happened quite a bit to family and friends,other than that it's great!
Showed up to this Culvers after a full 2 days of traveling at 10:47pm and were warmly welcomed in despite them closing at 11pm and our obvious hesitancy to come in when we opened the door and realized they were so close to closing up shop for the day (we were a group of 5, most of which have served food before and know it's not cool to show up so near closing).
Front of house staff were incredibly welcoming and offered to answer questions and explain their menu if we needed the extra help, but we tried to just get our orders in quickly to help them get out at a decent hour - but 100% marks to the staff for offering incredible service at such a late hour.
If you enjoy Culver's, this one was up to par as far as food goes (2 people, 2 lunches), and 'atmosphere' was also typical - for better or for worst. What we found impressive was the enthusiasm - or at least energy level - of the staff: everyone seemed to be really hustling about & the outlet seemed well staffed, unlike many other places we've visited over past couple of years. In a 'vacation' hot spot, so possible they have a consisently high number of customers to justify decent staff levels.
All the Employees and Managers are Nice!! The place is Clean and neat great customer service during the day they are fast!!!

What can I say, I love Culver's. Not a huge fan of fast food joints but Culver's is always a great place with plenty of great options. Every time I'm there, no matter which one I got to across the Midwest, they always go above and beyond.
