Great atmosphere & vibes :-) with a side of friendly downtown -Abbey!!- My daughter and I were derailed when our day went south due to the change in the weather, soooo we decided to take shelter at The Pier, greeted by Abbey with an amazing melt in your mouth Banana Latte & Hot Chocolate for her :-) with a side of checkers :-) Thank you! For always being a fresh gentle touch to the day :-)

Lovely shop with wonderful teas. Owner was onsite & so helpful. And a powerful cause focused on human trafficking.

Super sweet workers. There is a separate boutique at the back of the store who's owner is never there. These wonderful ladies tried their best to help with the register. So whereas I have not purchased anything from them, I can vouch for their excellent service!

A Starbucks convert~ Got the oat milk steamer with honey and cinnamon and I refuse to go back. Absolutely heavenly. My bestie got the sipping chocolate. Thoroughly impressed, will return.

Beautifully organized, wonderful drink options (all of which taste amazing), amazing snacks (made by Britters Twisted Whisk next door), quiet atmosphere, and excellent service! Everything is responsibly sourced and funds go to a great cause, too.

Parking: There's is limited parking both on the street and in the lot behind the building, but they're also on a section of Ludington Avenue for if you're walking to multiple businesses.

The owner was super nice and makes fantastic drinks. My husband was in that area for work and I was visiting him so had to go to this place 2 days in a row for their matcha latte. The owner told me where to buy their tea and matcha at to make at home but anytime I'm in this area I will definitely make a stop here. Such a cute little place too that sells handmade items.

Stopped in for a hot chocolate, but got a wonderful conversation, cozy atmosphere, and the perfect drinks. The barista gave some recommendations that my spouse and I might like (sipping chocolate and a drink with white chocolate, lavender, and matcha, then we split a hot chocolate), and they were delicious and just what we needed on a cold day.Had a nice conversation with the barista while she made our drinks, and left the shop much happier than when we entered. Will absolutely return.

Came here with two friends to escape from the cold outside. Abby greeted us at the counter, very friendly and knowledgeable of the teas. Abby was able to make recommendations to help guide our tea experience. She really knows her teas.Major plus for this location is no up-charge for dairy subtitutes in our drinks. Another plus is a portion of the proceeds goes toward stopping human trafficking.Location is inside with three other businesses, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy yourself.Pictured is April Showers tea, tasting like Fruit Loops, and Maple Chaga Chicory tea, made of mushrooms but tasting like smokey maple coffee.

Vegetarian options: Non-dairy subtitutes

Parking: Parking lot behind the building.

Kid-friendliness: Large space for families.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors in the back.

Drinks were good. Tea took a bit, as expected, no drawback. Donates funds to charity.
