Stopped in for a hot chocolate, but got a wonderful conversation, cozy atmosphere, and the perfect drinks. The barista gave some recommendations that my spouse and I might like (sipping chocolate and a drink with white chocolate, lavender, and matcha, then we split a hot chocolate), and they were delicious and just what we needed on a cold day.Had a nice conversation with the barista while she made our drinks, and left the shop much happier than when we entered. Will absolutely return.

Came here with two friends to escape from the cold outside. Abby greeted us at the counter, very friendly and knowledgeable of the teas. Abby was able to make recommendations to help guide our tea experience. She really knows her teas.Major plus for this location is no up-charge for dairy subtitutes in our drinks. Another plus is a portion of the proceeds goes toward stopping human trafficking.Location is inside with three other businesses, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy yourself.Pictured is April Showers tea, tasting like Fruit Loops, and Maple Chaga Chicory tea, made of mushrooms but tasting like smokey maple coffee.Vegetarian options: Non-dairy subtitutesParking: Parking lot behind the building.Kid-friendliness: Large space for families.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors in the back.

Drinks were good. Tea took a bit, as expected, no drawback. Donates funds to charity.

Love this place! They are one of the only local places open on Sundays, which makes it a great place to study before the week. Cozy atmosphere, and delicious drinks! I'd recommend their pumpkin pie chai latte, it's incredible!

The tea is good. The service & knowledge is top-notch. The new location is not my jam. I prefer the coziness of the previous location.

Tucked away in a nice new little shop on LUDINGTON Avenue and the chai tea and hot cocoa we ordered were incredible! Proceeds go to a good cause. The Port is a must see, if you're visiting town. Stop in for tea, coffee, other great eats and even find a quick project to sit down and create if you'd like.

They serve great matcha latte’s, not overly sweet like some coffee shops. Just right. The lavender shortbread cookies are delightful.

They had lavender shortbread, so I had to stop in and get some! When I see baked goods made with lavender, I can't pass them up, and especially when it's shortbread. And because why the heck not, I also got a toffee pecan shortbread cookie. Why eat just one cookie when you can eat two? While I was there, I got probably the best iced tea I've had in a long time: the holy basil tulsi, which was wonderfully green-tasting and mellow. They have a good selection of all kinds of teas, from rooibos to herbal to black to white to oolong to green and more. But if you're looking for something different, I highly recommend the holy basil tulsi! I'm kind of kicking myself for not buying some of that tea while I was there, because I would love to enjoy it at home. They do sell their teas, so if you're smarter than I am, you will get some tea to take home. One of the great things about HumaniTea is that all of their teas are humanely sourced. They are very invested in combating slavery and human trafficking. So you can feel good that the tea leaves you're enjoying were responsibly sourced. That's a feather in your cap (and in your cup).Another neat thing about HumaniTea is that they offer local kombucha by the growler! I don't think I've ever heard of kombucha on tap, so that's pretty unique.

Best tea experience in the USA and especially in Michigan!!! If your in Ludington and you like coffee, tea or kombucha on tap you must stop in and support Humani. Amazing service, free wifi and amazing educational experience from the staff of Raum. Can't wait to come back to support again! We ordered the Elderberry growler, Ti Kuanm Yin tea and the holy basil tulsi herbal tea. All our amazing!!!!

Visiting the area and ended up in here to have an amazing experience! Not just a drink they hand you but stellar suggestions and recommendations! I got a butterfly pea tea that when mixed with lemonade, turns the drink a different color! So delicious and so fun!
