Ordered food at 6:10. Never saw a waitress again until I went and found her 45 minuets later. Asked if she forgot us she said no that they were busy. We didn’t get second waters for 50 minuets. We got our Luke warm food in one hour and fifteen minutes. The perch I had was very fishy and a just a little warm. My wife’s soup was Luke warm. I ordered a coke and got Diet Coke. This was 9 people waiting for food (we had reservations). The manager said sorry we are busy. 3 tables came in after us and were just about done eating when we got our food. This was on a Wednesday ???

Terrible customer service, called to place a reservation and everything was set in place, showed up for it and they said there was no such reservation. Said he had to speak with his manager and would call back if anything came up, never got a call back. How can you hire high school kids with zero social skills, when I asked if we could get sat soon since they messed up they told me an hour and a half or shove it.... Never had a bad experience after coming multiple times absolutely unacceptable

I stopped in a Friday night and had their pecan crusted perch, along with their Michigan Cherry Pecan salad. Both were very good, but the perch was fantastic. Four nice size pieces of fish and a dipping sauce, half of a salad and a tasty cocktail made for an very memorable meal.

I am so mad at myself for not finding this place sooner. Jamesport Brewing Co. has my vote for Best food in town. We've lived fairly close to the area for years and this was our first visit. And did I also mention they have a schedule for live entertainment nights? This place needs to be known to the world, so here is a Big Shoutout! Thank you for the amazing food and service!
Had my Mom’s 80th birthday party in the Red Room and they did an amazing job! Food and service were top notch!! We have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan diets in our family and everyone was accommodated!
