Repetitively slow service. Drive thru service always slow and told to wait. I eat at JJ all over the state and nowhere is this slow. Last week I ordered and sat at the window for 10 minutes with no one coming for payment. I left. Today, one car ahead of me at the speaker, sitting for about 7 min when guy came out and said they would be right with her. She left without ordering. Unbelievable that a business can run this way.

Crew working when we stopped was not on their A game. It was a Sunday, so I am thankful they were working but their freaky fast was not up to most Jimmy John’s I have visited.
Kid-friendliness: Did help us order a simple sandwich with ham and cheese for the little guy.

Nothing freaky fast about Jimmy John's in ludington. I was here beginning of July ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive through. It was no joke 20 min and we were the only vehicle. I knocked on the drivethrough window and asked if they forgot my order. The lady told me they are working on it. Gave it another 10min and a guy came by and asked if we ordered, told them we had ordered and waiting, he said oh yeah they are working on it. Finally had to kock again after the 20 min mark and he finally took my payment and gave me the sandwiches. No apologies. Went again today at 11am. No one there ordered 2 sandwiches and timed it this time. From order to time of bag in my car was 16min. Never had this experience with any other jimmy johns. I did give 2 stars because the food was good. But jimmy John in ludington really needs to step it up.

I ordered a veggie Mediterrean wrap to go as we were traveling.
I opened the wrap once we were on the road, and it was full of shaved meat. Chicken or turkey, not sure. Anyway, a waste of money because it's not what I ordered and could not eat it.
Vegetarian options: They say veggie but filled it with meat.
The lady that took our order was incredibly rude. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the guy that gave us our food was nice. Being greeted immediately as we're coming through the door with "what do you want" really threw me off and set a bad tone for the ordering experience. Food was what you'd expect though, so at least that's good. We were going to eat inside but after our interaction we chose to go eat in the car.

It's unfortunate that they skimp on the meat so bad that's its not worth $12 for a sub with two thin slices of meat. Used to be twice as much meat. Wish we could trade skimpy John's for a Jersey Mike's!Dropped another star for your "full of bologna" response. Sorry but there isn't a high quality meat anywhere worth that much money. Read your reviews, your not doing well.. you will forever be Skimpy John's!Good Luck
