I called in an order at 3:08pm they said it will be 30 minutes. They told me another 30 minutes. One person showed up to pick up food. No one was picking up in the drive thru. The employees are standing around talking about guys and other drama. My food wasn't ready until 3:55pm. There is a time and place to talk. Customers come first. I will give you one more chance to have our food ready within 30 minutes as I was told. Then I will change my rating.

I went to pick up an order. I had put in ahead of time and wasn’t able to pick it up right away because they had told me that the lobby was closed but hadn’t locked the doors and I had walked in then they wanted me to go out and get in the line of seven vehicles instead of handing me my food before having me leave luckily after me mentioning that I would like my food done in there, and I had already paid for it They finally handed it to me after 15 minutes of me being in the lobby As far as I can tell, it’s obvious to me they are not prioritizing what they should be and are not managing their time. Well, nor did they seem very professional with dealing with me as a customer when I first walked in.

Don't like the upcharge for sauces other then that food was ok, they seriously charged me for sauces when you think it would come with the whole bucket of chicken I just ordered usually they just give them to you. New staff issues? Being stingy with the sauces I would like to think if I buy a whole meal they should just give them to you.

I'd placed an online order for a k f c bowl combo.And when I went to retrieve it, the dining area in the front counter was locked.So I had to go through drive through. Apparently, the store I visited didn't have enough help to open the front counter that day!

I think i is the last time I’ll order in kfc, I ordered 4pcs chicken but the two chicken size are just like 1 chicken. The size of their chicken should be rejected but still they serve it. I’m craving for kfc chicken coz Im pregnant but when I saw it I got disappointed. Look at the drumstick and the wings 😩😔😤😭
Very salty. Just as much breading as chicken. Mac-n-cheese used to be delicious. Now it doesn't take like much. Coleslaw is best thing there. Then potatoes and biscuits. Pot pies are good too. Coupons are good to get in the mail. A better deal when buying for the whole family. French fries were awful... like having a reheated fry in the microwave.

Ordered a pick up order of extra crispy chicken. Was given a pick up time- sent my son in to get it and they told him it would be an extra 30 minutes. They should have contacted me.

I have never had chicken tenders as bad as these, they were so tough. I feel they were either in the warmer for several hours(we were there around 1:45 pm) or they were cooked twice. We also ordered a small order cherry bites, and they were not good. They were not that busy, when we pulled up to the drive thru, one truck in front of us, then when we moved we could see one truck at the window. Will not go there again..

So i was really wanting to eat kfc today i got there ordered the 4 pc chicken tenders and daaaamn did i get a surprise when i got the box and started to eat, should be advertised as tender bites same as the bisquit 🤣 you can see the size of the tenders comoared to the sauce they are tiny and the bisquit was not much bigger than the sauce i get inflation and prices going up but at leaaast keep portions at a good size.
