I had a great dinner here. Only thing I was used to is you changed where you could get a chicken breast Fillup box combo. And now u changed it to buying 2 pieces of chicken. And for more money. Loved the old fashion way you do your Apple turnovers you don't see them made that way for many many years. Loved every bite. ?. Other thing I'd bring back is your to go cups !!! They are missed. Very much when on the go. But I'm over all happy at this location. Thank you. ?

Over-priced. Food quality has gone down significantly since 2020. Stopped by the drive-thru a week ago and things were okay tasting, but the time before that the fried chicken family meal was pretty tough to finish. Very stale and far too crispy.

Tonight's visit was the most disappointing I have ever had at a KFC ever. We ordered the Fill up Box. Asked for original recipe chicken. Did the Original Recipe change? It did not taste like original. It tasted like cheap gas station chicken. Also, all the pieces of chicken were small as if from a Cornish hen. The wing bones were broken. The chicken nuggets were salty. The biscuits were small and a little soft doughy. The fries were coated and not the best.But my biggest disappointment was that the original recipe didn't taste like Original, it tasted like a cheap substitute.

The food was great but the service was terrible. When we arrived and went into the lobby to eat, we were ignored while everybody at the drive up window was getting their orders taken. I heard an individual say to another worker to go to the front counter to help us but she chose to continue to ignore us while she continued to take care of the drive up window customers. I finally yelled to the people in the back to come up and take our order and finally a lady came up disgusted with my approach and took our order. I was not the only walk in customer that had the same problem. After costing me over $50 for my meal and the frustration of waiting for someone to come to the front counter to take my order and then wait for the food order to be prepared, I will go else where for my food the next time. Many people like myself who want to eat in the lobby are getting angry about drive up windows getting priority service over those that walk in to the lobby. I should probably get in the pickup line to get my food and then bring it into the lobby to eat it. I'm sorry, but I wish the pick up line had never been invented. Most fast food restaurants don't have the people to take care of their customers in the lobby and at the pick up window plus now the added online customers that order online and come in for a fast pick up. Customer service now making the walk in customer wait even longer to get their order taken. With higher prices and poorer service, I am going elsewhere for good service since service is the most important to me.
