OK, so let me begin by saying I am in the restaurant industry and one of the hardest things that I find is to fill positions with quality Hard Working and respectful individuals and I want you to know that the young gentleman work in your drive-through window at your Luddington store is one of those people. It is a breath of fresh air to have a young man treat a customer with such respect professionalism and with such joy on his face. As he was happy to serve my needs, I feel that this gentleman stood out to me in an industry that is lacking that kind of people that bright star could be trained to train other employees. I think it would turn the tied in a industry that needs that kind of staff….

We order from various Little Ceasars from time to time when we want something quick when we're out and about. Different locations can range from barely mediocre to pretty good. This Ludington location was truly one of the best of Little Ceasars. Well made.. no skimping on sauce or toppings. The service was top notch, friendly and efficient. I would definitely stop here again.

This place keeps getting worse with every visit. All the options that are supposed to be hot and ready never are. Lucky to even get a regular pepperoni anymore let alone a 3meat or anything else. Might as well do away with the 'hot and ready' gimmick

Who runs this place a bunch of teenagers, bc that's all I saw through the closed drive -thru window. One girl sitting on the floor, employees talking over the loud music, the music and the employees cussing.
This is not the first time that Ive been in line and I or other customers have drive off.

I just got crazy bread and I was very disappointed. New ownership has ruined the bread and this place. It was nice before. I could get paper plates and Little Caesars cookies complimentary! Now, those are gone. I get it, costs are up, but they could still offer the cookies for a small fee. Since new ownership has taken over, the once butter soaked and extra parmesan cheese days are gone. We had to wait for our crazy bread order. That was no big deal. So, when we received fresh from the store crazy bread and I about cried. You could not even tell it had bitter on top and hardly any cheese. We deserve much more for the high cost of dough that we are getting. This place needs to step up and do better!!!
