I have been a customer of the Ludington Michigan Little Caesars store for a long time but lately the quality of food coming out of there is less than desirable. It’s definitely not the quality that I’m used to and I will be forced to go back to Pizza Hut or try a new one in town. I order food online. My orders are nearly always $30 for above. I will no longer pay that kind of money for unsatisfactory food.

Been a busy day so i placed an order close to close on doordash and well they clearly didn’t like that because the pizza was literally dripping with what I assume is grease through the box literally fell out of my hands bringing it in the house because it was so greasy which is my fault but either way not edible even before it hit my floor. I also ordered a thing of breadsticks which was also not edible because they literally doused it in the garlic butter sauce they use to coat it usually its a light dusting but nope literally dripping out of the bag covered to the point of who the hell would eat it so now both are in the trash and I have no dinner besides the 2 liter of mountain dew i ordered which is the only thing they couldn’t ruin. I am so sorry i ordered last minute and forced you to do your job a little longer. I will not be returning clearly you have some staff that do not want to be there and do things properly. I did get my money back through doordash but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Zack? He was blonde! helped take care of us and help figure out the perfect order when I'm pregnant and cant make decisions. Loved it! What great customer service you have at this location. I used to go to Pizza Hut but we'll be coming back here because of him.

Hot n ready pizza as advertised last I went (they had the main options all on hand too which was wild,) price didn't hike as high comparatively to competitors, drive through guy was fast and friendly.

I give this about 3.5 rating the employees act like they don't give a crap about you. Good is good service is decent if you can handle them being kinda rude. Maybe it was just an off day but felt awkward there.

OK, so let me begin by saying I am in the restaurant industry and one of the hardest things that I find is to fill positions with quality Hard Working and respectful individuals and I want you to know that the young gentleman work in your drive-through window at your Luddington store is one of those people. It is a breath of fresh air to have a young man treat a customer with such respect professionalism and with such joy on his face. As he was happy to serve my needs, I feel that this gentleman stood out to me in an industry that is lacking that kind of people that bright star could be trained to train other employees. I think it would turn the tied in a industry that needs that kind of staff….
