Wouldn’t recommend. Tried to order a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich, sub muffin. Was charged for that sandwich. Older lady at pickup window tried to argue that I couldn’t have what I ordered because corporate was coming today. Opened my sandwich with her bare hands to check, handed me the wrong thing TWICE first was one piece of cheese with a round egg. Second attempt was with folded egg but only one cheese.

Always a super long wait, not because they're super busy but nobody in the back seems to be working with any kind of speed. I pass on going to this McDonald's often just because of the wait I always experience. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch so no time for this long of a wait.

Food is overpriced and care and concern for the customer's wallet and tastebuds doesn't seem to be a priority. French fries and hash browns are not seasoned well and always taste stale. Sandwiches and burgers are often made messily or have stale buns. I don't expect much from fast food places but McDonald's seems to have a low level of care for food quality and customer service. The workers at this locatiom seem to be nice but the customer service lacks overall!

It was nice. Food came out quick course it was only the kids gf and myself and one other family but we sat in the back. The play room which was a lot larger than many other playrooms at McDonald's. The play area itself was even different and better and bigger than normal. And the area to eating there was huge compared to others. Even had there own bathroom in the play area this McDonald's was awesome if your around and hungry Mcheck em out!

Manager wouldn't even acknowledge her own mistake. Got sandwiches then had to wait 20 min. For fries and never received our pie. And we were 1 of only 2 customers. Manager refused to do anything but holler with her back turned to us that there was a wait. In the meantime 5 customers behind us were served while we still wairribleorrible, horrible service from the manager.

I normally like McDonald's, but this time the drive thru service was very slow. The backup for the windows was clogging both speaker stands. What good is it to have 2 speaker stands for ordering when the pickup window isn't keeping up with the orders? Then, the food wasn't fully hot.

Very friendly employees, received too many fries they gave them to us without no cost to us. My favorite the mocha frappe.
I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. I ordered door dash and the order was completely messed up. So i drove there with everything that was wrong. The manager told me he would not make me the correct and missing items. He told me I had to contact door dash. I told him that he made the food not door dash!!! He absolutely refused to help me even though I had the receipt and the incorrect items! Absolutely the worst customer service and not to mention all the other sandwiches we did receive looked like a toddler had assembled them! What a Joke!!!

I was there yesterday evening after trick or treating. I ordered on my app for pick up inside, however becuase i changed my order to no onions it reverted back to pick up thru drive through, which was my mistake for not noticing. I went inside to get my order and there were people in there very upset because they were getting ignored at the front register, a father and daughter who ordered nuggets and fries and a large coke took over 30 minutes to get and he was ignored, another man was ignored as well for just a burger and fries. The lady was older with black and gray hair. she came over to me looked up my order and told me it didnt exist and walked away, i was then IGNORED again as well as the other two guys that were in line and had already ordered. Someone came in from break and came and talked to me and found my order after being here for 15 minutes or so now, and said he would start my order, I finally got my order, and as I was walking out the manager goes "Well that was her fault" because my order was thru drive thru and not thru pick up inside. EVEN THO I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT HAPPENED. I went back inside after she said that and asked her why she would say that while i was walking away, and she tried to turn around to ignore me again. I told her she needed to not work in customer service anymore. I will be contacting corporate. That woman does NOT need a job where she works with people. She was rude, she ignored people on purpose. I even saw her ram herself into the side of the girl who was making fries because she wasnt doing it fast enough. The whole place is a joke.
