I made a mobile order for a breakfast item, before the breakfast time ended. And they wouldn’t give me the sandwich because i showed up a minute after the breakfast time, even though i ordered and paid before that time. I got no refund. I filed a complaint and no response. I waited a week for no response, and I’m hungry and upset. Give me my money back, or give me my sandwich!

To keep it short, stuff is done sloppily. Burgers always seem microwaved or just on a heating table. Few times I've got stuff elsewhere, Hart MI for example, burgers seemed freshly put together in hart and not an overly hot cheese conglelomerated melty mess.

winter last night had a rude worker it was giving me a rude look did not get the food that I wanted got nasty food that tasted like it set out all day didn't get the correct pop they gave me a diet versus a regular which I ordered a regular my nuggets were nasty my Big Mac was nasty the fries were nasty soggy salty is all get out where I could have got less salt off of a salt block

For the last month every weekend I get this, and it's like they purposefully made it this way every dang time. How can you do this on accident even? I'm getting it to go through the drive thru So obviously i'm trying to eat it in my car.. now i've got hollandaise sauce all over me and ive gotta go to the grocery store 🥴

Terrible service. Everyone refused to come up to counter so I could pay for my meal that I ordered on the kiosk. Others waiting in line also waited 45 minutes. Overall, terrible service. No customer should ever be treated that way.

Friendly service! Waited way too long for a fast food joint. Atmosphere is more for little kid place. Kinda of like Chucky Cheese and their pizza being like cardboard

Very slow service today, ut a little busy. Fries arrived cold and they quickly replaced them. Getting a drink refill is hard, since there is no self-service and no one behind the counter most of the time. Sorry. To say, but Burger King and Wendy's, both with in view, have face to face ordering and a self service drink machine. While we like McDonald's, we are more likely to patronize these other businesses. 🫤
Food was made fresh and hot when we got it. The tables in the kids room couldve used a wipe down, but it was pretty clean overall.

Wouldn’t recommend. Tried to order a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich, sub muffin. Was charged for that sandwich. Older lady at pickup window tried to argue that I couldn’t have what I ordered because corporate was coming today. Opened my sandwich with her bare hands to check, handed me the wrong thing TWICE first was one piece of cheese with a round egg. Second attempt was with folded egg but only one cheese.

Always a super long wait, not because they're super busy but nobody in the back seems to be working with any kind of speed. I pass on going to this McDonald's often just because of the wait I always experience. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch so no time for this long of a wait.
