We went inside at breakfast time. At least 4-5 employees walled by us completely ignoring us the entire time. It took over 10 minutes for them to come take our order while we were standing at thr register the whole time. Not good service at all

Always forgetting our food ..yes we have 5 kids we keep it easy 5 all the same so they don't mess it up. Didn't get any of the extra fries and one kids Burger wasn't in there. On top of I had to correct them with our adult order that didn't have the correct amount of fries in there what is point of dropping 60 bucks when it isn't right

A really remarkable McDonald's! All the teams in every job were being intentional with their work, the facility and play place was so clean, and every single employee was super friendly. I never review fast food places, but just felt compelled to share a "Well done!"

I wish this was a 0 they first made me wait like 10 minutes and in the app it said it was done then they tried to give me a 1/3 full drink and the worker clearly saw it and I asked them to redo it and they still left some unfull then, they gave me recooked fries and bread on my burger that was hard. Small town McDonalds are honestly better than this.

I worked at this restaurant about 18 years ago and I am happy to see that they still have the same high standards of service that they did when I worked there. That can't be said about all restaurants these days. I have had several people at other restaurants not say a single word to me when they handed me my food, even though I was friendly to them. They act like my presence is unwanted and inconvenient. Every time I have gone here, the staff has been friendly and professional. The service has been fast (busy times- fast as possible). My order has been accurate and the food has tasted fresh. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Stopped in for a drink and snack, but no one was willing to come to the front counter to take my order. There was a sign saying to use the kiosks because they were short staffed. There were at least 5 people working in the back and the employees could spend time clowning around with each other, but not wait on customers inside the restaurant. After being ignored for several minutes we left and went to Burger King. I do not use the kiosks nor will I. If you can come up to take my money for an order you can come up and take my order and provide good customer service.

They took out the drink station in the dining area. What a huge mistake. We had to go and wait 10 minutes just to get ketchup or napkins. Please put it back to the way it used to be. We wouldn't go back until they do. Wasn't a good experience for the family.
