Besides their cold refreshers, have never been a big fan of Starbucks. However, I will say that besides this one in Ludington, the baristas have usually been very friendly and happy. We stop here on our way out of town and usu
usually the majority are very snooty/unfriendly...no smiles, put drinks down without notifying customer, got a "yeah" this morning after we said "thank you". We left with both of us owing not to return
The people there was rude!!! 🤯🤯 we did not get what we ordered.😡😡
Just now!! We received a cold coffee and the oat milk was curdled when we tried to return it we had to argue with the gentleman at the window, and he would not take it back said it was their policy not to take back bad coffee we had to argue with him to get another one!!!!
