I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, and they gave me a pumpkin cream chai instead. It even had the correct order on the receipt sticker. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to try and take it back.

The staff were incredibly kind. My daughter spilled my drink and they got me a new one free of charge without me asking. They even gave us a thank you card for bringing in our toddler. It was such a good experience. Thank you Ludington Starbucks!

Doordashed an order, paid almost 8 dollars for a tint drink with no Boba pearls like I asked for. Absolutely over priced and not worth it.

Service is very slow, batistas are more concerned with conversations amongst themselves than servicing patrons. Never have food items to see, food case always messy, with no food items in it, not like all other locations I have visited.

Ludington i been here all my life an lastnight it had my back the most as i pulled up just for a pup cup as to i had a sick dog at home they brought her one last joy an i couldn’t be more happy so see her enjoy it one last time the cup was so full she was so happy an smiled for us one last time❤️

Tables and chairs should be set up outside. It's still nice out and 70-80 out. Then the staff says you need to put your chairs back if you sit outside. It's absolutely ridiculous to ask a customer to put their chair on top of a table when they are finished. That's horrible customer service. That's part of the job. Set the chairs up in the morning and put them away at night. NOT the customers job. I'm done supporting this location.

We stopped for coffee during open hours, 130pm on Sept. 15 and the store was closed with no sign or explanation. We drove out of our way to stop at this location, so it was disappointing. Won't be stopping again.

Google said they were open on Sun morning. They were closed when we arrived at 7:15 am.
