Hit or miss. Some of the baristas are friendly but some are NOT! They messed up my drinks label several times, and my drinks as well. They don't write nice things on your cup either. I'm a huge Starbucks fan but I will be looking for another favorite local coffee shop. I'll still use Starbucks when I travel.

When my friend and I walked in and up to the counter, there were 4 lovely young gals working behind the counter. They were enjoying each others company and conversing with each other. NONE of them acknowledged our presence for a good minute- minute and a half! I had to ask my friend if she sees me, and confirmed that I see her.... just to make sure we weren't invisible.
We did not leave a tip, which is not like us, but I will leave one here.... when a customer (ANY CUSTOMER) walks into your establishment.... just ACKNOWLEDGE THEM!! Even if you are busy! (Which you were not, at the time)

Not a good experience in customer service at all!!... we were there last sunday and my mom was trying to tell me what she wanted me to order,but from the angle i was standing i could not see what se wanted(what she was pointing at) so, she took it from the top of the showcase where it was (keep in mind this was on top and it was exposed to everybody to take it and this bread was wrapped) to show me and the lady at the register what she wanted...so this lady did not like that and told us this was inappropriate and that we do not have to touch it in a rude way,she had a nasty attitude and ended up rudely throwing the bread on the counter so we took it . Se even had the nerve to call the manager ,this one asked us what was going on but at this point i did not want to be there anymore so i paid ,took my purchase and left . I could not get her name but i got something better ...a picture of her!!
Besides their cold refreshers, have never been a big fan of Starbucks. However, I will say that besides this one in Ludington, the baristas have usually been very friendly and happy. We stop here on our way out of town and usu usually the majority are very snooty/unfriendly...no smiles, put drinks down without notifying customer, got a "yeah" this morning after we said "thank you". We left with both of us owing not to return

Drinks are made with care, food was so much better than my usual Starbucks, the staff is efficient and very very friendly! Summer is a wonderful and very sweet barista! I would come back all the time if I lived around here, but we were just traveling and passing through! :)

We visit this Starbucks almost daily. The camaraderie is what we look forward to the most. Paige, TJ, and Mary always provide exceptional customer service. Their friendliness and wittiness along with the tasty Starbucks drinks are a great way to start our morning.

Starbucks consistently provides exceptional coffee that keeps me fueled for long workdays. The atmosphere is always inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends! What truly sets this location apart are the wonderful employees (there are several). Highly notable are Jenna and Mary. They're experts in the coffee craft and extremely friendly, which elevates the customer experience. The staff takes the time to remember regulars' orders; it’s this attention to detail that will keep me coming back as a customer.

ZERO STARS. My husband is disabled and received the worst treatment at this Starbucks by PAIGE. We placed a large order and were enjoying our coffee while our large to go order was waiting for us. This was irritating to Paige who snarkingly and rudely called out that our order has been sitting there for 10 min. PAIGE aggressively grabbed the carton of coffee out of my husband’s hands and said that it ts been sitting there too long and put it behind the counter. Keep in mind there was nothing else there! We made it known previously that we were going to enjoy our coffee and pick up our order in a bit. We frequent Starbucks daily and spend good money on coffee here. We have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Please note that this review is specifically about PAIGE. This person is not a good representative of your company and I would hope you use this feedback on coaching her regarding customer service basics. Very disappointing.
Ordered an iced passion tango tea and they charged me for a lemonade. I told them and the Barnstable was very friendly about remaking it. When I inquired about a refund for being overcharged she said absolutely we'll refund the difference and then she won't about doing something else and never did. My daughter also got a small drink and the ice was filled to the absolute rim with about 1 ounce of actual liquid in the cup. A huge rip off for a $6+ drink. Not the best Starbucks we've been to.

Waited 15 minutes to be told it would be 30 more minutes. Never have experienced something like that before. This place needs improved in operation and efficiency.
