Ordered two sandwich one being a meal on the app. And when my husband picked it up and got home to find that they never set my chips or drink my my sandwich and when I was eating my sandwich I found that they put green peppers on it and I didn’t prefer them. I hate them.

The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and fast. They fix my subs the way I like them with no issues. Some other local subway restaurants are very stingy when you ask for more not there. The WAY you want no problem!!

Lee and Jonah were awesome as always and they made the food perfectly to all the specifications our family requested. Every time we go into the Ludington Subway (not inside Wal-Mart) Lee and Jonah are always professional and yet down to earth and kind. We really appreciate them.

I have NOT had such a terrible experience with an employee as here. They forgot two small items on my order, so I called to ask what they could do to make it right...the first thing the person said was, no, you just need to look in the bag. Excuse me, I just emptied both bags entirely, I must have missed the two hidden footlong churros. I spent 80 dollars, and I'm just trying to get what I paid for, sorry that's difficult for you to handle. Never eat here, there's a jimmy johns a mile away that's WAY better.
