Third strike you're out. My husband and I have been here 3 times. This was our final visit. The first visit resulted in child food. The second the beans were dry and the burrito was ripped all the way down the side. Now this visit we ordered and 8 orders after ours was filled and delivered before my husband went up and asked how much longer for ours. I don't normally complain and everybody gets a three strike rule.

Its tacobell, i mean u either get a order that was on the spot right and delicious or you end up with a whole other persons order, mabey a opened tacobell sauce wrapper in your crunch wrap just to be told ur a crazy liar and you need proof, ya the proof was in my husbands bite thanks for the drive thru service,, my advise is its always delicious just go inside during rush hour 🫶

The food was cold to begin with but the real issue was that I was allergic to an ingredient in the sauce that came on the item and I asked to substitute that sauce with the allergen with another sauce and I was told that I would have to pay for it which is quite illogical considering it would be sauce for sauce. There was a strawberry and cream freeze available but they were out of the strawberry so I asked them to substitute the blue raspberry because they were out and the general manager ended up doing it only because they were out of the strawberry but at first she tried to tell me that they were not allowed to do that. I appreciated her doing that but I was understandably frustrated that they couldn't substitute one size for another sauce especially considering it was due to an allergy and not for a frivolous reason

Could smell weed as soon as I walked in after they messed the most simple of orders wrong. And as they were fixing my order they asked yet again if I needed help with something.

This location is always kept clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, management is great, and the food is better than many TBell locations. These guys really do a good job!
My family and I enjoy stopping in here, and can easily recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick bite or a late night fast food feast.

Absolutely Rude and incompetent! The GM IS THE WORST! It doesnt take much to be a kind person working in fast food.
The food is Great-always! They're always friendly n helpful! When l eat inside, they have 3 TV s with very interesting shorts to view. I'm a senior n they're one of the few places that offer free senior drinks!!
Parking: I've eaten at several locations in n out of state, n they have all been good! Tried several things n everything has been good! I'm not big on spicy, but l like that you choose mild or the amount you prefer.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen children in there enjoying it too!
