I just had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was probably one of the best I’ve had. Even better than Culver’s chicken sandwich! Thank you for that Ludington Wendy’s, also the lady at the drive through window seemed very kind/friendly.
I don’t go out for fast food often, but when I do, I like to go to Wendy’s. Every time I have a good experience, people are friendly, and my food comes out in a very timely fashion. But last night they went above and beyond for me, I really felt blasted when I left the establishment Drive-through and I had to get the names of the girls who went the extra mile and they were Mary and Bella. When I go, it’s normally in the evening so I have been helped by Bella a few times....
The lady at the counter, who appeared to be the manager, was mean to the nice man in front of me. I would have left, but I was buying food for someone else, and didn't want to disappoint them. I won't go back.
