Ma's is the best restaurant around up here in Luzerne. I live in Mio and a short drive away. Bob & Jean and their staff are the best.And the food is sooo good! I switch around and my latest go-to is the baked, lemon rubbed cod, with real snappy green beans a d asparagus. So yum!

Last time I was here was in 1994. Old building is gone. Lots of memories here during deer season. The new place did not disappoint. New modern building with a family/sports bar feel. Prime rib and drinks were excellent. Good beer selection for an up north bar. Friendly attentive wait staff took good care of my old man and I. We will be back! Going to make this a stop on the motorcycle for sure!!

Several years have passed since the old lodge burned down, and the community suffered a historic loss. This place has been rebuilt from the ashes and is now better than ever! I love stopping here. The food, staff, and patrons blend to create a fun experience. First, the food. They offer an excellent menu of local favorites and add regular specials that are often a surprise. The Saturday Night Prime Rib is as good as any I have had in high-end places. Second, the staff is friendly and fun. We always provide excellent service; you can count on them to go above and beyond. Recently, they allowed us to stay after closing to catch the overtime finish of a game we were watching. Third, the patrons. We always meet and enjoy visiting with the cast of changing characters sitting at the bar. Just plain fun!

I ordered Stromboli and it was delicious and big. We'll enjoy the leftovers for lunch. Our server Candy was smiley, energetic and fun. It was a good dinner and I'm sure we'll visit them again soon.

My apple mule and Reuben sandwich were delicious. My husband thought the meat on the bison burger was tasteless, he ordered fries and received onion rings. He was not happy with his meal.

The snowmobilers are in heaven up here. The parking lot is packed with snowmobilers. Good times.

I had heard about Ma Deeters since I was a kid. Many, many years ago. I went for the first time in December of 23. Already, I have been back twice. The Cajun Cod is my current go-to. It is amazing. The staff are awesome as well. Fast service, very professional, and friendly. Plenty of parking. They have an outdoor area with a fireplace and tables. Definitely recommend trying it out.
