Applebee's Grill + Bar

We've enjoyed getting takeout from here for some time.

We got two variations of chicken sandwiches. They were good, but neither meal matched the description of what came on the sandwiches. The service was ok despite the restaurant not being busy. The atmosphere was awful. I asked not to be sat by the front door because it was cold outside. We sat away from the door and kept our coats on through the whole meal.

NICOLE!!!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!! This is the only Applebees I go to! Even if it may be out of my way at times I still ONLY come here! Amazing experience every time and great management!!!!!! The food is always amazing and I can’t way to go back again!!!!

I can’t thank your staff enough for being so nice! After I ran into nearby Lowe’s, my elderly mom wanted a bite to eat so I placed a curbside order here. When we arrived, she had to use the ladies room and I stayed outside with our little dog. A server kindly brought the food out as I waited for my mom to exit. The next thing I see is another server coming out, holding the door for my mom. That would have been a nice enough gesture but this lady went above and beyond! She came over to the car, opened the car door for my mom and then put the two canes my mom uses in the backseat for us! Thank you! We’ve never been to this Applebees before but we’ll definitely be back and stay awhile! Oh! And P.S. my mom loved her sandwich and fries too!

Crystal G was an amazing bartender! They were setting up Christmas, chatting, and really creating the experience! The three cheese chicken penne pasta was amazing! I recommend getting extra Alfredo on the side! I had a house strawberry margarita and it was AWESOME! She made it literally perfect to my liking!!! No one has done that yet! Really had a great time and loved it! Thanks Crystal! Greatest customer service in awhile!

So I asked the manager to sing Happy Birthday to someone for their birthday she said sure but never did so I asked someone else to do it your manager then came out and was very rude about it and said we don't do that unless you buy a desert I've been coming here a lot of years and never been told that you have to buy a dessert for them to sing Happy Birthday to you. So I offered to pay for a desert I've been sitting here 10 minutes and it still hasn't happened. Your manager name tonight is SarahThabka Sarah we tried to do something nice for our neighbor who's birthday it was. If I needed to buy a dessert all you had to do in the first place is say that. But the way you came out and said it and handled it was very unprofessional. We left and she never got Happy Birthday song to her. We are Thursday regulars and the way you treated us was ridiculous. For being known as the Neighborhood that was not very Neighborly

Our food and service has been great the last two times we went! Once carside and once dine in! When we dined in they even temporarily lost power and the waitress was so apologetic. Felt sorry she had to deal with the table behind us who was rude about the power going out (in half the town) as if Applebees could control it.
