I have only eaten here once and the food was okay. That being said, I have tried eating here multiple times and they're either closed or say they are closing. The guy makes you feel bad so I don't even place an order. This is the second time it has happened. The website says they are open for another hour and a half. I try to support the local businesses but this one makes it very hard to do so.

First time here. Met with the owner. Nice man. He suggested the Rubin sandwich which was very good. I’ll be back soon to try other items.

Wheelchair accessibility: What would you like me to say? Excesable .

You might be inclined to pass by the place, but you really shouldn't. Not if you're hungry. It's a real dive in appearance but the food is really good. Only a couple of tables for seating. It's pretty much a carry-out joint.
So far, I've only tried the biscuits and gravy and the Ruben. Both were incredibly good, but the real star was the Ruben. I was surprised by the weight of it. He stuffs a bunch of corned beef in it. Honestly, one of the best Rubens I've ever had.

They should be embarrassed to even serve food. Campbell's chicken noodle from the can. Turkey meat from the cheap plastic bags at the grocery store. My dog wouldn't even eat the meatloaf. Burnt bricks for biscuits. Gravy out of a can. All food heated in a microwave in stryfoam containers! They are trying to kill us!! And it was filthy!!Only saving grace was the lady was friendly.Save your $ and go the store and make your own lunch.

Not good at all. Literally everything is reheated in the microwave. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to New Hudson Inn, miles better. If you’re not going to cook fresh food, then you could at least clean the place up a little bit. Waste of $20.

Damn good prices for coneys better than A&W. Glad we stopped here. You should too if you're looking for hot food and don't want that typical overpriced fast food nonsense that comes out cold with a side of attitude.

Stopped in 1 day out of curiosity for lunch , ordered a BLT and OMG ! Definitely 1 of the best I've ever had , it was huge !!!! Tomatoes were perfectly red/ripe , lettuce crispy/cold , plenty of mayo on toasted bread with probably a 1/2 lb or close of delicious cooked perfect bacon ! Wished I lived closer but I'll make the trip or be sure to stop when in the area !!!! Owner and staff treated me like a favorite regular!

Not too much to look at from the outside, but it was like 7Am on a weekday and the parking lot was full with people coming and going in. And from experience, this is the way to find a hidden gem eatery to pop in that only the locals might know about.I was right. Got a breakfast burrito for a decent price, and it was delicious. This is the kinda home-made breakfast burrito that would run ya $25 at the hotel i was staying at down the road. Plus, theirs is probably frozen and microwaved. The atmosphere reminded me of a few places i’ve been to down in small towns in Southern Illinois. Bunch of locals sitting at ‘their’ table, discussing life’s events both big and small. But letting me in on the discussions like I was one of them.So if you are ever in Novi, make sure to pop into this hidden gem.I did have one problem there though. I didn’t come later to try out their corned beef sandwich. It said breakfast and lunch served any time, so i could have asked. But it was like 7 am, so that mistake is on me. Im gonna hit the place around lunch next time I’m this way!UPDATE : I stopped by again and got the corned beef sandwich this time (no mustard though). It was like 7 am, so took it home and heated it back up in the microwave for lunch. Thick sliced beef, with just a little fat around the edges. A true chef knows that you need to leave a little fat around the edges for that perfect taste, but not too much. Cheese melted perfectly. It was awesome! Not sure if the owner Bob wants me calling him a chef, as that sounds kinda boogie, and Bob is not boogie. But if Bobby Flay (Food Chanel Celebrity Chef) ever stopped here and had the corned beef, he would deem Bob the owner a pro-chef too. When u go, tell Bob that you read my review and you will get a discount. Free napkins with your purchase?Enjoy!
