Since moving nearby and having a first few bad experiences, I have continued to venture here over the months. I still think some of the staff could be a little more.. let's say, "present," and professional, but I'm changing my previous rating from "☆" to "☆☆☆" because I can sense improvement. I'm a little surprised that management doesn't reach out regarding any poor reviews. If that weren't the case, I would be leaving 4 stars, but yeah, I'll leave it there.
Jets pizza is one of the best commercial franchise food restaurant in Michigan. You cannot beat slice sales also. Things why myself and warehouse go to Jets daily.
I was THAT customer who showed up right before closing on Christmas Eve. I immediately apologized and they said that it was their job and not to worry. They made my order quickly and it was delicious. Thank you to all those who were there.

Called the SL store and was stuck on hold, so called NH and they nailed it. Had folks in from out of town dying for Jet's deep dish and they did not disappoint! Hot, made right and no left overs.Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free pie was better than expected. Will order again.

This place is horrible. All the employees except one are very rude. If you order they will give you the most expensive price unless you ask them for any deals. Which begrudgingly they will look. They continuously mess up the order and give you an attitude if you call to sort it out.The last time they brought my the wrong two liters. When I call they said they would take care of us next time. Well the next order I told him they said they would give two free 2 liters. When he rang the total he left the cost of the soda on the bill. I asked him to read the itemized and told him again they should be free I got the biggest attitude.0/10

Always get our pizza from hereParking: Located in a strip mall. Depending on what time of day you go, you may have to park a ways down and walk a few businesses down. There are at least 4 other restaurants and a tmobile .

0 stars. I ordered from here and got the wrong order and I tried to go back in to tell them and they said they were closed and it was 9:49 and they close at 11. They said they can't do anything because they were closed. so instead they said they would refunded my card for the order and they have not yet refunded it. worst place ever! don't go here!

Pizza is delicious, so I guess that's all the should matter. But SERIOUSLY, go back to cutting the pizza into normal sized slices. During COVID, they indicated they were short staffed so in order to save time, they were cutting their pizza's with half the amount of slices. Weirdest excuse ever, but ok, no problem. But they've never went back to normal. So now you get these giant slices, which isn't cool when you have a family. It's annoying as heck to get a pizza and then have to break out a pizza cutter at home and cut the slices up even more because your pizza establishment of choice is too lazy to cut the pizza right.

My husband and I ordered Jets Pizza from the Jets in Milford Mi. I always get a square veggie pizza and hubby gets a square NO CHEESE with pepperoni ham and Italian sausage. We go there a lot and the pizzas are always great. My hubby likes them because when they make his “No Cheese” pizza they don’t put a bunch of extra sauce on it to make up for no cheese, they make it just right.The prices are also better then “the other” place we used to go to. Thanks again Jets Pizza!
