One time, I ordered a whole pickle as my side, but was told I would receive it halved. When asked if the pickles were precut, she said no, but I contested that she should just leave the pickle uncut, to which she conceded. Strange.

Most often this is a good JJ's. Sometimes there a guy at night who just stares at you awkwardly if you order too close to closing time.

Overall, well managed and great workers! I haven't seen that one gal since, so I think the problem is all cleared up now.

Made my sandwich completely wrong forgot dressing..I asked girl at the window if he put Italian dressing on sandwich she checked and asked guy who made sandwich said yes..big suprise no dressing at all ..no cheese..just got done working 11 hours was exhausted..talked to manager he said oh if you come back up here we will remake sandwich but that's all we can do sorry!! Click!! No more jimmy johns for me!! Didn't care at all

To whom it may concern tonight myself and my wife went to Jimmy John's in New Hudson Michigan store number 2483 and got our usual sandwiches that we always get. I get a number nine and my wife which I'm not sure what it's called but it's meatless sandwich is pretty much all vegetables and cheese got two of those. It happens that she has condiments taken off especially mayonnaise because she is highly allergic to it. So we got our sandwiches and went back to our car in which she opened up hers to find out there is mayonnaise on them. Even know the gentleman who was on a cashier was told not once but twice no mayonnaise. So all's I wanted to happen was for them to remake it I brought in the old sandwiches and he said he couldn't do that because that was all the wheat bread that they had left on which they made her sandwiches. So I asked for a refund because of the sandwiches being not only wrong but having mayonnaise in which she is highly allergic to. I was told sorry I don't know how many times but he would not give me a refund he said he could not. So I told him I paid money for sandwiches that I can't eat that you guys made wrong because you're not giving me a refund and he said once again sorry. So we had a Jimmy John's that makes wrong sandwiches customers pay for them and then get told they're pretty much out of luck getting a refund. He then stated to me or what does the receipt say I said what receipt he then looked to his side and then oh the receipt that it was never handed to me and that was put into the top of the trash can. I told him not that this has ever been a problem before where I needed to look at the receipt but doesn't help having the receipt in your trash and not hand it to me. Once again I asked so you're not going to give me a refund and he said no sorry. So this is the first step then I'm taking about the situation of many of steps because now I'm going on Facebook I don't know about Instagram or the other stuff I'm going on better business bureau I'm contacting the owner in which it looks like she owns 50 of them because I got on her linked in page besides going on Yelp Google reviews and then tomorrow morning contacting the local news station. So over here in Detroit metropolitan area people will be told that we have Jimmy John's that make sandwiches wrong and then customers are stuck paying for them even though they can't eat them. Also I was told by the same gentleman that just because you leave the sandwiches here which would be the wrong sandwiches doesn't mean I'm going to give you a refund and which I asked well okay so you want me to keep them and then you're going to give me a refund cuz I'll just throw them out outside and he said no.

Nick and Brett were nearing closing time but took care of us as if there was no rush. They were very pleasant. Great work ethic ?. We appreciate them so much because it was 2 minutes before closing time!!!

(9/4/23) Found this in my jalapeño ranch wrap. Was eating my sandwich, and felt something really hard to chew. My instinct was to take whatever it was out of my mouth, and so I did. Was very surprised to see this little piece of metal foil. I don’t know if it’s tin foil, or the top covering of a container. It was about the size of a penny, small, but I am sad that this happened. I really love jimmy johns, and I wouldn’t have expected this. I still wanted to finish my sandwich, but in order to feel safe, I pulled everything off and only ate the remaining bread. Yet I still felt scared while finishing the remaining bread. My only ideas as to how this happened are that the workers were rushing and careless when preparing the food. Time gets short, and things need to get done, but when dealing with food that people eat- I think it’s important to be careful.
