What made this most recent visit good is what makes the New Hudson Starbucks visits two to three times a week always good… the people!!! Jon and the entire staff know me by name. They go out of their way to greet me and my dog. They ask me about my family and put a personal touch on everything they do. The customer service at this Starbucks is top notch!!! Everyone draws little fun messages on the pup cups and my cups. I don’t even go for the coffee anymore; I go for the smiles, cheer, and positive attitudes on my way to work. -Matt-

Our local coffee shop

I legend I’m getting a cold I always order the “medicine ball” called honey citrus mint tea It tastes great and really works to help me feel better. Today I ordered it and was SO disappointed:( the flavor is very underwhelming! They replaced the peach with camomile. The taste is flat, you can’t taste the mint at all. Extremely unhappy with this drink. I say, if you are changing it this drastically, take it off the menu and advertise this new drink under a new name. Won’t ever get it again. They totally changed the drink but call it the same name! Not nice:(

I go to Starbucks in New Hudson every single morning M-F. My drink is always ready, there is always someone greeting me, my favorite Barista, Jonathan hands me my drink personally if he has a moment and says hi!! How awesome is that? Today, Monday, was a rough one getting back in the swing of things after a tough weekend and whomever made my drink nailed the message!! Thank you New Hudson Starbucks for all you do to start my day off on a great foot!!!

I have been coming to this Starbucks, for years now. The last few times I have come through the drive thru in the mornings, my hot drinks have been about an inch lower from the rim. I called and spoke with a manager and she mentioned that is protocol with any hot drinks with whipped cream on top. Well, today I went back and is lower than the last two times. I have appreciated the customer service here very much. It is a big purpose for returning. However, at $8/ drink I feel as if this should not be tolerated. It’s unfortunate but I need to save my money as well. Thank you for your hard work, baristas!
