On 5/24 went through with an order I placed online. I handed back a drink to a child I had with me and spilled it all over her and my truck. These girls remade the drink, brought it out and also brought towels to help clean up. What a fantastic group of young ladies. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Turned are little vacation around in a heartbeat!
The atmosphere has gone down hill over the past few years. It doesn’t feel as “inviting” as it did in the past. The past couple of times I was there it was ofd that I wasn’t greeted more quickly at the register given multiple employees were present.
It was empty. Silly expensive.
Love this location, everyone is always so kind, the store and bathrooms are always clean, it is a nice place to sit and sip.

This is my favorite stop for my morning coffee! The team is so friendly and energized that they brighten my day. I talk about customer service often with my employees and this Starbucks certainly understands customer service! They always get my order spot on!!

I placed a mobile order at this store on my way to Hartland but accidentally placed it while I was still 20 minutes away. I called the store and Cheryl answered immediately, she helped me make sure the order wasn’t made til I got there. The service was so great, I was also greeted by the barista right when I entered the store. Will definitely stop here again when I go to Hartland!

I just took my girlfriend here to get a drink on her lunch break from work and we pull up to place an order & wait for a good 30 seconds with no response. After patiently waiting I proceeded to say “hello”. The store manager Kara yells very loud back to me in a disrespectful tone to wait and then order, so we order a drink and pull through to the window. As soon as we get to the window Kara slides it open dramatically and starts speaking in a high pitched passive aggressive tone, she started to rant about how we have to wait to be spoken to, which i thought was strange initially, but she then looked at my girlfriend who is a grown woman and proceeded to say “are you in high school girl” and my girlfriend looked very offended and says no, even though she has no place to respond to such questions. The store manager Kara then says “are you skipping school today, you shouldn’t be skipping school” I step in and say why are you talking to her like that, that was very rude and you have no place to say anything to her or about her, Kara then replies “ please please, would you like to talk to my corporate manager, they won’t do anything, also I’m just going to give you a refund.” She kept being rude and gave the money back even though we never requested that and she told us to leave. I have never experienced something like this in my life, my girlfriend has been bullied and belittled all through her life because of how short she is and how she looks, I didn’t even know a simple drive to surprise her and get her a drink at Starbucks would end with such an unprofessional & unacceptable outcome. I would like to see repercussions or some reasonable action against her for this, I don’t think somebody is fit to be a store manager and get away with doing this to good customers, i never have ever said anything bad or negative during the whole incident.
