Employees are ok but the mens room is a disaster and has been for some time. No paper towels, hand dryer broken, sink water flow is very low and there is a ridiculous noise like a vacuum cleaner from the vent. All in all gives the impression that the owner doesnt have pride in his/her place.

Breakfast sandwiches weren't toasted and the donuts I selected were out of stock so they just didn't send any at all.
There was no offer to substitute any of their other donut types, and no receipt.
The bag wasn't sealed or shut in any way, and this was a doordash order.

Do NOT order online. They sell you things they do not have then refuse to refund your money saying it will take over a week. Worst Tim Hortons I have seen. I used to work at one years ago and our owner would not have allowed such poor service. Will never gobthere again. Do NOT waste your money they do not have the items you buy through online ordering.

Absolutely loaded up my wrap. Expensive for what's in it, probably could have made 20 for the same price ($7.99), definitely for 3-4 dollars more(rotisserie chicken $5, lettuce $1, tomato $1, tortilla pack $1.25, sauce unknown). but as far as fast food goes it's good value. Usually pretty quick to get your food + drink (2-5 minutes) when it's empty. Didn't give me my receipt but honestly who cares.

I ordered 2 extra shots of espresso in 2 drinks!! $14+ for 2 CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY LATTE DRINKS!! THEY GAVE ME MILK FLAVORED DRINKS!!! THEY WERE GROSS! NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN I CALL! SUPPORT EMAIL DOESNT WORK!!! IM SO SICK OF THIS PLACE!!! TRAIN YOUR WORKERS!!!!! #RIPOFF!!!!

Have been going here since they opened a few years ago. Food and coffee was always excellent and service was very good. They have changed their coffee cups and lids and they are now very poor quality. The lids consistently leak where they touch the cups - poor seal. They also do not have stoppers for the sipping part of the lid. Have stopped using this Tim Horton's due to several coffee spills.

This is the best Tim Hortons in south east Michigan in my opinion. The quality is very consistent and the coffee is always hot. The staff are also very friendly and do a great job of keeping the dining area clean. Love my neighborhood Tim Hortons!
