Very poor service, coffee and breakfast always cold. I always remind them to make sure that coffee to be fresh and hot, food is cold too. Don’t recommend it.

Ordered a Maple Cinnamon Sugar Cold Brew and I got an iced coffee with no flavoring, no cinnamon sprinkles. I work hard for the money I have, so I should get what I paid for. If you're out of a certain item, then i should be given an option for a substitute or not.

Was severely overcharged for my items despite ordering one as a meal deal. No receipt, no being told what I'm paying for and how much. Was shocked when I saw how much I was charged for 2 sandwiches, a donut and coffee. Unsure how to go about a dispute. Coffee was also poor taste and only warm.

Few weeks ago a bug was stuck in to the side of the donut, discarded. Returned to give another shot. Recent visit dead bug in the bottom of box similar to earwig or roach bug. We will not be returning. It is obvious that there is an issue. Disgusting.
Service was the worst they claimed they where closed but they weren't it was 3:30pm on a Wednesday. They were very rude about it as well. Kyle was the employee's name and he is the reason I will not be coming here again.

Perfect cup of coffee every time. Perfect temperature and fresh. Their consistency is their best attribute. I usually only get coffee, and the occasional donut. I've been to this location over 200x and one single time, shortly after it was open, I had cup that was a bit off and too hot. Every cup after that has been on point! I fell in love with Timmys while traveling in Canada and it is, by far, my favorite coffee place. IMHO, the food is better in the Canada locations.
