Always clean. The food is fresh and delicious. Every employee there is absolutely amazing on keeping this location looking and running perfectly. They deserve a raise. This is literally the cleanest most well-run Tim Hortons in the entire County. I purposely drive out of the way just to visit this location. Congratulations to you all on a job well done

Every time I come to just this Tim hortons my drinks are HORRIBLE. I figured this morning I would get a cappuccino since it’s from the machine and they can’t mess it up….i was mistaken. This is the most bitter disgusting Capp I’ve ever had. These drinks aren’t cheap so I’m extremely frustrated.

I've been here many times and every single time i go they are all out of donuts? So I started to call ahead and was met with a very rude worker who gave attitude for calling an hour before close. Service was terrible nobody wanted to serve donuts. The bathroom was a DUMP and trash was left all on ground!!!!!!

If there is still a rule of thumb that you can judge how clean a restaurant's kitchen is by looking at their bathroom, you probably don't want to eat here. It looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in some time. The garbage can in the dining room was full. Every table in the place had crumbs and/or dried spills on it. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally turned into the food prep area. It was very messy and strewn with food and debris. They gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich, which we didn't know until it was too late because we had to take it to our daughter at a horse show 15 minutes away. The whole experience was pretty bad and I'm glad I don't live near this location as I would not frequent this business.

Overall very poor service. Over 18mins to sort out a online order that clearly showed the address, order number. Etc. that they stated didn't exist in the system. Then said only go through the drive thru if it's an online order. Just overall an operation that is overwhelmed and can't deal with orders. Order volume, etc.

You have got to be kidding me. I bought a coffee and two donuts and it was eight dollars and I threw the donuts away the absolute worst donuts I’ve ever had. Honestly, it’s helping my diet! I don't know how the Tim Horton's franchise system works...are the problems due to local management or the rules/regulations of the company. For years now, since before 2020, I have had issues with their app not working and have had various employees over the years tell me that others experience that as well. So, there have been known problems for years, and yet they still have promotions that require in app purchase. How is that right and fair for those of us who constantly experience app issues. No, it is not my phone. I have checked this any number of times. All other apps and the Internet work just fine. As I have been told, this is a known issue and has been for years. What I don't know is whether or not it is the Tim Horton's app in general, or just as it applies to this location.
