She has a good energy and gets you excited about the big day every time you speak with her. She takes her time with you to make sure you understand everything and covers any questions you may have! In the contract a one year anniversary cake was promised and she ignored our texts asking for it. If we would of known she was going to do this we would of froze a piece to eat for our anniversary. Very disappointing and upsetting.
