Have been here before and it was great, however last experience left us wondering about the cook staff. Asparagus looked like it was 2 weeks old and left over from someone else's dinner. Steak wasn't bad, but maybe only 1/2 inch thick, and a couple of people said crab cakes were only so-so, certainly not worth $34+? We were there fairly early so the kitchen couldn't have been that busy? Would have sent it back, but we were a decent side crowd so even the 10+ added charge for the tip was disappointing even though our waitress was great! You can do and have done so much better Aspen!

Went to Aspen to eat today for the very first time got the Aspen salad it was probably the best salad I've had in a very very long time service was excellent management came around to the table and wanted to know how our food was which they just don't do anymore and most places couldn't have been happier we'll go back again very soon
