Great pizza today at an event. Pizza came out fast and had great crispy crust and cooled perfectly. Bart and his wife were very friendly and we will be looking for more events with their pizza.
When I left the house, I had one mission: Beer; but I was hungry. One problem at a time, I thought, and went to the corner store to satisfy the immediate goal. Then, like a ray of hope from the heavens, as I pulled into the parking lot, there it was. Bart's Pizza. The truck that could solve two problems nearly at once.
Beer stowed, I walked to the window of this fortress of food, and with a quick decision and swipe of the card, it would only be minutes...

As someone who would usually never go out of their way to review a food truck , don’t take my opinion lightly , this is by far top 5 pizzas I’ve ever had . I got the spicy ricotta and the experience from that one pizza alone is enough for me to know I could throw at dart at the menu and no matter what STILL get a great pizza , better than most in the area , and for the price you can’t beat it… at all .
