the girl who took my order, short white woman with blonde hair, pony tail, and I believe a nose piercing, was very very rude to me. I was in the drive thru, I made my order at the speaker, after 2 ish minutes of commotion and static in the background, I think she must have been on the phone and not realized it.. but I could hear how much she actually just wanted to walk out that day. Anywho.. i said “hello..?” And she immediately had an atrocious attitude with me. She said, “what do you want?” I took my order, and I think she botched it because my iced coffee that I ordered came to me hot instead.. and my bagel was wrong. I asked for her to please fix my Order and she had an attitude as well. She took it, and she must have just set the bagel down and picked it back up, because it was still messed up. The coffee though, was still wrong but at least it was now iced. A kind gentleman who worked with her, helped me fix my order, and was overall very sweet. Oh yeah, the girls name is Chanler I believe. NEVER GO HERE!!

Biggby's staff is always wonderful. No matter which Biggby I go to, they are always so kind, and they masterfully create the perfect drink. Plus, they give you coupons and let you still use them even if they've expired. So don't throw away your coupons. They still honor them. I mean, who does that. No one, except Biggby. Hands down, their the best coffee by far. I'll take it over any Starbucks drink any day.

Please get the huge pot hole fixed at your drive thru window. I hit that thing at almost spilled my coffee. Never had food here. Coffee is a hit or miss depending on who makes it.

Went yesterday on a sunday got a turkey havarti bragel and a 16 oz matcha drink with an extra shot of vanilla Was $9.38 then I go today on a Monday and it’s $12 and some change addressed the blonde girl at the front about it didn’t say anything didn’t price match didn’t tell me why it was that way and I just think that’s so shady. Definitely does not make me ever wanna come back and I love Bigby would rather go to a different location cause how are you gonna charge me three more dollars the next day with no explanation and then just let me pay it. I’ve worked for the company before so it was just super distasteful.

Pretty much use coupons when I go. My main question would be , why is the price almost always different ? Normally order the same 2 drinks and the price is never the same. Then today , they ran out of Camel Marvel sauce. This is a main staple and YOU run out ????

Rather go to a local coffee place or Michigan made store. Great selections. Love Biggby! Only thing....we don't go out for coffee too often. Prices are high. I can go to a bar and get two drinks alot cheaper.

Every time I order here they get it wrong, I’ll ask for extra flavor and they never do it, the drinks are always off. Even today I ordered a frozen sugar bear latte and they gave me a frozen iced coffee!!! And charged me for the latte!! Iced coffee and lattes are not the same thing!! I used to work at a Biggby not too long ago so I have room to judge. They also are always very rude basically throwing my drinks at me, giving me gross looks and basically yelling at me through the drive through. The one time I went in to get my drink they were all laughing at me and my friend for no reason lol. Y’all are working in customer service maybe try to actually do your job right smh. And I literally never write reviews ever, this has just been kinda awful…

Received 2 coffees special order . They were foam and half full. 2 inches from the top of the cup. Rip off. Never again will I come here.Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero.
