Rather go to a local coffee place or Michigan made store. Great selections. Love Biggby! Only thing....we don't go out for coffee too often. Prices are high. I can go to a bar and get two drinks alot cheaper.

Every time I order here they get it wrong, I’ll ask for extra flavor and they never do it, the drinks are always off. Even today I ordered a frozen sugar bear latte and they gave me a frozen iced coffee!!! And charged me for the latte!! Iced coffee and lattes are not the same thing!! I used to work at a Biggby not too long ago so I have room to judge. They also are always very rude basically throwing my drinks at me, giving me gross looks and basically yelling at me through the drive through. The one time I went in to get my drink they were all laughing at me and my friend for no reason lol. Y’all are working in customer service maybe try to actually do your job right smh. And I literally never write reviews ever, this has just been kinda awful…

Received 2 coffees special order . They were foam and half full. 2 inches from the top of the cup. Rip off. Never again will I come here.Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero.
This location sucks! How are the edges on my bagel burnt but the rest isn't even toasted. I paid for butter and extra cream cheese, of course it wasn't in it or in the bag.

No matter how many times I over enunciate the 4 in twenty FOUR, I still get charged a 20oz. Whether it is through the drive through or inside. Every time. It's not worth complaining anymore to 'make it right.'

I don’t come out to this particular location a lot, but recently their coffee does not taste good at all. I got a Carmel marvel and it isn’t even Carmel. Coffee is flat with no taste. I’m disappointed

Mold! Don’t get the bagels! Was given a moldy bagel. When we called, the supervisor said “ok, thanks for letting me know and hung up.” No would you like a refund? no, “I’m sorry” .. called to speak with another manager or her supervisor and was told we would get a call back and never did. Never had any horrible experience like this before.This location absolutely horrible for this! I wont eat a bagel again in my life and can’t even get a call back. .

Sugar free mocha with free shot Friday. However it tasted terrible and couldn't finish. Coffee 2 cream 1 sugar was passable. This location also smelled like a retirement home 😔

Customer service is horrible. Waited 10 mins for a 20oz blood orange freeze and was so distracted she didn't wait on me till after multiple drive thru cars.
