This Biggby needs a lot of work. Whoever owns this place needs to put so more love into their location.

There was only one order ahead of me that they took right away but then I waited a very long time for my order to be taken. They were busy make their order and the drive thru. One employee came off of break to assist which I thought was so nice but she was extremely annoying. She constantly talked, danced, sung, and interrupted the other employees including while the one was taking my order. I wanted a receipt and never got one. I was there for 20 minutes just to get a latte. Very disappointed!

If I could give zero stars I would. Messed up my drink size and I asked for a new one only to get a drink that tasted like it had zero flavor also they messed up our bagels and never gave me my voucher for spending over $20 in Black Friday.
I won’t be coming back to this location again, let alone biggy in general. The music is always obnoxiously loud and I have to sit on my foot to comfortably reach the table. I understand being 5 feet tall isn’t exactly the average height for women, but I don’t have this issue at most other places, including Starbucks. Not to mention the $7 drink I ordered and wasn’t asked if I still wanted whip cream and carmel drizzle, which shouldn’t be assumed just because I asked for skim milk. The staff wasn’t friendly at all and the entire vibe of the crew this morning seemed like they simply didn’t like each other. It’s unfortunate because some of biggby’s drinks are delish, but the overall experience no longer matches the price that’s being paid. Oh, and the best part was when my laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet so I just wasted 7 bucks and wasn’t able to get any work done. Meh, don’t recommend this location.

i really would rather y’all shove your finger through the whole sausage egg and cheese bragel to see if it’s hot than receive one more half-frozen egg.
Very very slow.... this place is slower than molasses. Plus the one girl kept playing with her hair. Very unsanitary

’ve been a loyal customer at this Biggby for a long time — I come almost every day — but after today, I won’t be back. The woman working the window was completely out of line. She went from being fine to acting aggressively toward me for no reason at all. My food was burned, my drink wasn’t even the flavor I ordered, and it honestly felt like she did it on purpose just to be spiteful.
When I pulled up to the window, she was loudly complaining about me to another coworker, who actually encouraged her instead of trying to calm things down. It was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I was going to ask what was going on, or what I had done, but another employee shoved my food out the window like I was the problem. At that point, I just left.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from people representing a business. I used to recommend this location to everyone I work with, but after this experience, I’ll be telling them to go elsewhere.

Second time I have gone to get a breakfast bagel and each time it has been incorrect. I understand being out of certain ingredients (to a degree, it’s Tuesday and you’re out of egg?) but at least listen and have the rest of the order correct. I shouldn’t have to tear it apart in the drive through

the girl who took my order, short white woman with blonde hair, pony tail, and I believe a nose piercing, was very very rude to me. I was in the drive thru, I made my order at the speaker, after 2 ish minutes of commotion and static in the background, I think she must have been on the phone and not realized it.. but I could hear how much she actually just wanted to walk out that day. Anywho.. i said “hello..?” And she immediately had an atrocious attitude with me. She said, “what do you want?” I took my order, and I think she botched it because my iced coffee that I ordered came to me hot instead.. and my bagel was wrong. I asked for her to please fix my Order and she had an attitude as well. She took it, and she must have just set the bagel down and picked it back up, because it was still messed up. The coffee though, was still wrong but at least it was now iced. A kind gentleman who worked with her, helped me fix my order, and was overall very sweet. Oh yeah, the girls name is Chanler I believe. NEVER GO HERE!!
