Biggby has my favorite drink. Hot spicy cinnamon hot tea latte. The tea lattes however have gotten so expensive. Fine…so just for a treat once in a while. I was there today around 7:15AM and the nice young lady apparently really struggled with my order. I ordered a plain toasted bagel with butter and when she repeated it to me she said cream cheese. I was able to correct that. I also ordered my tea latte with coconut milk and no syrup for my husband and myself. I got home to enjoy my drink and it was oatmilk instead of coconut milk😖 (0/10 do not recommend, pretty gross combo). For these prices…honestly not worth the risk. I mean $20 for a plain bagel and two medium drinks? I’ll just be making it at home from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. I used to be a Starbucks girl and decided to try BIGGBY since they opened a new location near me and never looked back. The very first visit was the best experience and sold me. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the coffee was SO good! I like iced lattes and they have so many good flavors to choose from. I have yet to try one that I don’t like. My husband likes cold brews and has loved all of them he’s tried so far. It has become part of mine and my 4 year olds morning routine to get our coffee and whipped cream and sprinkles cup. Emily and the staff are some of the most welcoming and amazing people and always make my day!
Almost $4 for a large regular coffee. Won't buy another coffee there.
