Ordered signature brown sugar milk tea. It tasted like flavored milk and had zero tea taste. The barista added at most an ounce of tea at most then filled the rest with whole milk. Boba was way too mushy. Place looked cute but drink was terrible and overpriced.

The second you walk in the door you are greeted and the man behind the counter (could be owner… idk) asked if I enjoyed my drink and followed up with my party multiple times, really unexpected from a quick service place! I did the BARE IT UP on the matcha crème brûlée and it was incredible.
