I have never once gotten to order at this burger king, every time I pull up to the drive through I'm told to please hold a few minutes. I wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes and just drive away. cant rate the food or atmosphere cause I've never been able to experience it.

Stopped in to get 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants with a extra egg on both. Checked at the window to make sure there was a extra egg and this is what I got. (See picture) showed person at the window and they insisted he seen them put the extra egg on. Fine you saw them but how is that one a extra one when it's not even half a one

Worst online app order ever . Food was cold, delivery driver was waiting on food how can it be cold, kids nuggets burnt fries/onion rings cold and have empty .

Ordered, 3 burgers, a sm fry, and onion rings was pulled ahead in drive-thru, watched 4 cars get their orders and leave while waiting over 20 minutes for food that was just sitting there while all the workers were standing around!
Walked inside and asked for a refund, and her response was an eye-roll, and called for the manager.
Will never return to this location again!

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit at 10:25 on a Friday and within five minutes of leaving there and open it to eat it the whole thing is harder than a rock. I called back to talk to a manager who would not give me his name and told him about it and he asked me what I wanted to do. I said well you’re not serving breakfast anymore but why would you serve breakfast to customers that is very hard, He did not answer me and just hung up. Very Beyond rude for being a manager and he said he was and this is February 14 the morning shift 1030 breakfast finishing up time so whatever manager that is on duty. Is very rude and does not care about his customers or the food or quality of the food that they put out! I called back again and asked if I could have the corporate number and I was asked why I said because I would like to have the corporate number please I was speaking very nicely. The response was well. We need to know why you need it in order to give it to you.. I asked if a customer asked for an owners number of a place or the corporate number isn’t that to be given out and I got hung up on again, By the same manager because he had the same voice. So Mr rude manager. I will figure out how to contact corporate because you should not be so rude to burger kings customers!!

I'm changing my review of this store since I reviewed this store it has done nothing but go down hill the manager is rude as hell and now no more breakfast I will not be returning to this store ever again went to 1 of their other stores (23 mile rd in Chesterfield) they were open for breakfast and took care of me was much nicer people working there i can see if the first store is losing customers because the manager is awful if you don't like dealing with people don't work in the customer service industry. This is the worst burger king ever the employees are horrible they are never open when they are supposed to be in literally drove past 4 other burger kings on my way home from work this morning and they were all open and when I stopped at this one I get an attitude from the employee that we're not open which makes no sense because there are multiple cars in the parking lot and if they aren't open then those were definitely not customers vehicles. Besides that I worked there when I was 17-18yo and operated it many days with only 1 person in the morning these are just lazy ass workers

12/29/24 Ordered a whopper meal with onion rings. The onion rings were so hard I couldn't eat them. The staff is not very nice either.

I was looking forward to eating a Whopper. First it took almost 20 minutes of waiting to even receive my order. And when I got it, the burger was cold. I just happened to look into the burger, and saw it was handled so poorly. The bun looked smashed, the patty was broken into several pieces with a pile of pickles thrown in the middle (which laid on the bottom bun, not even the patty itself). And to top it off, the service was subpar. I didn’t even eat the Whopper. Just tossed it in the trash.
