Went in and placed an order, I was in there for 40 minutes before I got my order which was sitting on the counter next to a cooler, for I don't know how long my food was cold when I got out to my car, I when I asked as everyone else was getting their food if mine was done she went and grabbed it, I just grabbed it and was leaving as I hear have a nice nite in a rude fashion. My food had to reheated to eat it. This was a total disregard and extremely disrespectful.

Much better than New Baltimore location. Stay away from New Baltimore, they are horrible and owner refuses to communicate. Worth the drive to Romeo Plank!!

The chicken was hot, juicy, and absolutely delicious.

Dad loved the ribs... the chicken tenders were chewy looked like they were from last week, the person who took my order was not very friendly I requested very little butter on the roasted potatoes but were slathered, we needed to feed eight but based on recommendations we had too many potatoes not enough ribs. ( especially since the chicken tenders were barely edible). I usually buy from the shores location this one was rated higher. Must have just been an off day!

Take out order. Food was good, but it has been better. The staff could be more friendly. And their prices have definitely gone up. WAY up! We didn't get that much, food and it was $100!

Call the one on Garfield in Clinton Township at 8:30 and they said they were closed although their hours were posted for 9 then I called this location which they gladly answered the phone at 8:35 took the order and it was hot and delicious. Thank you for staying true to your hours inequality of your food

Ordered carryout for mothers day and.used their online system, Scheduled for430 pick up ,obviously the food was made way ahead of time since the temp was cool and the food was not fresh and sub par ..They also forgot 1 of my sides of shack potatoes. After getting home and having to drive all the way back to get my order correct. No apologies from staff or management..unfortunately not a happy customer. Been going to this store for years.

My catering order for 50 pieces of chicken was burnt. I called to get it replaced before the party tomorrow and the Manger was incredibly rude to me. I asked to speak to someone else and she told me there’s no one else I would have to deal with her and have to bring all 50 pieces of not burnt chicken back to her because she knew that she cooked them and they were not burnt. I was happy to do that but asked to do it tomorrow since I already have my daughter at home. She said if I did not bring them back today, they would not credit me or prepare the food for tomorrow so I’m out $190. I don’t have chicken and I have to find food for the party tomorrow.

Prices went up so high in the past few years but the potatoes are always amazing
