Good burger. Great service.
Typical Dairy Queen, but clean and had good service
I ordered a blizzard. The car in front of me was at the window for over 10 minutes. Instead of having the car pull forward and bring out the order when it was complete, they had them wait at the window. By the time I pulled up, it was obvious that my blizzard was made long before I got to the window. She handed me a 1/2 melted blizzard. When I asked her when it was made she just shrugged her shoulders. She didn't offer to make a fresh one so I declined the one that she tried to charge me for and we t next door and got a frosty 🙄
Hard to be ice cream on a summer or fall night in Michigan!
Made the worst blizzard I've ever had no cookies in it at all tasted like I was eating plain vanilla ice cream when I called the manager he was no help wish I could give them zero stars
If you like your ice cream, the same consistency as your soup you will like this place. Almost 5 dollars for an ice cream cone. Good job, Dairy Queen.
The drive thru was quick and efficient. Everything tasted great . Would come back again

Clerk not friendly. Sundae top so tight spilled on my clothes. 1st time ever anywhere, had to pay for a pup cup. $2. Unable to do survey on line

I like coming here but the people here do have a short temper and it's not just one or two times it's most of the time.

Regarding the At the DQ on Hall Rd in Macomb, Michigan, I just want to share with you that both Kaylee and Maddie are Awesome! They both have wonderful customer service skills. Both have a very friendly disposition. Please be sure to share with them the kindness that I've noticed not just with myself but with other customers as well.

BEST DAIRY QUEEN EVER! My family and I have been coming here for years. They have the best food and ice cream. I will not go anywhere else. The owners have always been so nice to us and treated us like family. Thank you for all the years of good ice cream & food (Best Grill & Chill Spot during the spring/summer)
