BEST DAIRY QUEEN EVER! My family and I have been coming here for years. They have the best food and ice cream. I will not go anywhere else. The owners have always been so nice to us and treated us like family. Thank you for all the years of good ice cream & food (Best Grill & Chill Spot during the spring/summer)

Some random guy, I'm assuming was the manager or a higher up employee was just awkwardly staring at me from the back while clinging to the wall. Made ordering extremely uncomfortable. Had his head halfway out and even made eye contact with him. Got my food and just left. Won't be back. World is full of creeps and I guess Dairy Queen is too now

ordered a cookie dough blizzard received vanilla ice cream with some cookie dough sprinkled on top, didn’t even try to mix in the little amounts of cookie.

I normally go to the one closer to my home but I was near hall Rd today and decided to stop. Complete opposite. The food was higher. They didn't have the same deals and the food was cooked horribly. Fries were hard. Chicken was over drowned in Parmesan sauce and toasted was barley toasted. Plus my extra reeses blizzard had no extra Reese's. I don't know if I'll ever come to this one again.

I ordered a Java chip blizzard in the drive thru and it was completely melted—I decided to go inside to have the staff remake it— they told me it was a runny blizzard and that was normal with Java chip. I insisted on getting something different and they said no and said they would add something to it to make it thicker… at this point the staff of five or so surrounded my blizzard and one girl came to the register and said that they were blending it right now, the same blizzard I returned AFTER I had already took a bite prior! ( so unsanitary) I felt uneasy after the huddle around my blizzard, the way I couldn’t change my order and the sanitation of the place after hearing they didn’t throw the blizzard away to remake it but reused it. They did give me a refund I insisted on. I left with no product but just disappointment…

Thought I would ignore the poor reviews and give them a try....WRONG. Obviously no adult Management there to keep the employees working. I stood way too long waiting for a simple small Blizzard only to see the girl standing in the kitchen chatting and twirling her hair was the one that was supposed to make my simple order. The poor girl at the register was afraid to interrupt the twirler and just stood staring at her.
Ps...its a food service establishment so it should not smell like Fabuloso cleaner when you are eating food.

Go to the Utica DQ if you want a blizzard done right. Too many times now the blizzards have been far too soft, almost like a shake, or short on the toppings that it’s just not worth it. If they don’t care then I won’t give them my business.
