Cherry Sprite soda was not working. Asked told an employee and they said "Okay" and did nothing to remedy it. Food was good, but overpriced.

Phenomenal. Very quick and the workers are super friendly. The woman who rang me up she went on break after and before she ate she stopped to make sure my table was all cleaned before I ate.

Won't start making fries until your burger and the rest of your food is done and in the bag.
Their idea here is "fresh fries" but the result is only a longer unnecessary wait and a burger that's starting to dry out.
Also, peep their prices. You'll need to figure out a 2nd income in order to eat here.

Always good burgers! Little pricy but good.
I had a great experience at Five Guys, thanks to Wayne, the manager. He went above and beyond to help me resolve a gift card issue, even calling the GM to see what he could do. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional throughout the process. After resolving the issue, he even checked in to make sure everything was taken care of—truly excellent customer service!
Unfortunately, my experience with Kaitlynn, the other manager, was quite different. She was not kind or helpful until I asked for her name to leave a review. She made me feel like my issue wasn’t valid and didn’t even come to the counter to speak with me—she just called out from the grill.
Wayne’s professionalism and dedication to customer service were outstanding, and I can’t commend him enough!

Five Guys: A Flavor Explosion Worth the Splurge (Sometimes)
Let's be honest, folks. Five Guys isn't exactly a budget-friendly burger joint. But if you're craving a truly decadent burger and some of the best fries on the planet, it might just be worth breaking the bank.
The Good:
* Unforgettable Flavor: Five Guys nails the classic American burger. Juicy, well-seasoned patties cooked to perfection, melty cheese, and a plethora of fresh toppings mean every bite is a flavor bomb.
* Fries for Days: Seriously, these fries are addictive. Freshly cut potatoes fried in peanut oil result in a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Plus, they give you a mountain of them!
* Customization Heaven: Want your burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, and jalapenos? Go for it! The sheer number of toppings allows for endless combinations.
* Shake It Up: Their milkshakes are thick, creamy, and downright delicious. The perfect sweet ending to a savory meal.
The Not-So-Good:
* Pricey Paradise: Let's face it, Five Guys is expensive for a burger joint. A meal for one can easily set you back $15 or more.
* Greasy Goodness: While the burgers are delicious, they can be a bit greasy. Not exactly the healthiest option.
* Loud and Chaotic: The atmosphere is definitely energetic, but it can also be quite loud and overwhelming, especially during peak hours.
The Verdict:
Five Guys is a splurge-worthy treat for those times when you're craving a truly indulgent burger and don't mind the price tag. The quality of the ingredients and the explosion of flavors are undeniable. However, it's not an everyday kind of place. Save it for special occasions or those days when you just need a serious burger fix.
Pro-Tip: Splitting an order of fries between two people is a great way to save a few bucks!

This place was dirty, poorly stocked, and took forever to get our food despite being only mildly busy. Staff was friendly though.

Food was excellent but it was overpriced and the lack of combo meals was disappointing. Buying everything separately got costly very quick, spending $50 for 2 people to eat fast food was unreal. Definitely will not be returning until 5 guys can get their menu price's and selection under control.

The girl that took my order was very nice, no issue there, but i am firm in my thought that there is no good fresh food places anymore. I.thpught the point of 5 guys was always cooked fresh. Not anymore at this location, this is the second time ive thrown my food out, old pre.cooked meat, and old fries. That will be my last time going there.

The grease is out of control. Burgers swimming in grease in the bottom of their foil wrappers. The cheese they use is yellow paste. I have no idea why people like this place so much. I would understand if they were cheap, but $20 for a burger and fry is insane.

Sevice was excellent and they're busting their butts behind the counter. Hamburger was made well but the size of the actual hamburger patty was so small and not worth what we paid.
